For the price it is a great place. Just a few issues-main couch has rip on seat cushion with filler spilling out (replace couches), duvet cover on master bed had tears/rips that snag during sleep, main patio windows have blinds for half of the windows only (no total privacy but overlooks a fairly private treed area so not too exposed), could use box fans (only one provided and one small vortex fan), and TVs need updating (master bedroom TV is maybe 10-15yrs old and den TV is very dark and not high def). Overall these are simple fixes and the unit was well worth the price. Location is perfect (can ski down directly to the units from peak 8 with no need for gondola), rentals for skiing are right across street and downtown is few minutes walk so very convenient. We definitely recommend and will return!! Covered private parking is a plus!!

This was a great spot for our family of 6. The bus to the lifts couldn’t have been easier and we loved being so close to Main St and everything in Breckenridge. The ski in trail was closed some of the time but we were able to use it the days it was open and it worked great. The bus home is no problem though. The place had everything we needed and we’d certainly stay again if we return to Breckenridge!

The location of this condo is 10/10. You can either walk to the gondola or the bus picks you up out front and takes you directly to any peak. It is a true ski-in and is located at the bottom of 4 o’clock run. We also loved that it was only 1 block from Main Street (3-5 min walk from EVERYTHING). Truly an unbeatable location for us. We condo itself was a little old and tired but the photos and listing were accurate. It suited us just fine, the space easily accommodated two adult and 3 children. We had a maintenance issue during our stay and the host was extremely responsive and got it handled in a timely fashion. The parking was super convenient (a garage under the building). My only word of caution is that it is a very tight garage. We had a Tahoe and it was just about as big as could navigate around in there. I would think anything larger (like a suburban) would be extremely difficult to park down there, especially on the weekends when the garage is completely full.

We also appreciate you noting our quick response to the maintenance item. We work hard to make sure guests feel supported during their stay.
For future visitors, the underground garage does have tighter turns (very common for buildings in this area), but we also offer outdoor parking that can be more comfortable for larger vehicles. In addition, we’ve recently refreshed the condo with newly painted walls and brand-new carpet, and we complete smaller updates each year to keep the space feeling clean and welcoming.
We’d love to host you and your family again anytime!

Perfect location!
Great place to stay while in Breckenridge. Fantastic location- ideal for skiing and visiting the town. We had 8 adults so it was a little tight- but would be perfect for a family. Loved the steam shower!

This was perfect for us! We loved the proximity to Breck's main street. The condo was clean and cozy and comfortable. I (and my kids) loved that there are so many beds. The host was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Fall visit
This condo was the perfect place for all 9 of us that stayed for our guys trip. We were able to walk to everywhere on Main Street. Not only did the condo have everything you could ask for but the owner was willing to work with everything we asked and was quick to respond. Will be staying here again on our next visit

The location of this property was perfect! It was great to end the day with skiing right up to the property. The shuttle bus to the ski resort is right out the building. The owner responded quickly by email when we had a couple questions.

Great location
We have stayed at many rentals in Breckenridge and this has been the best location by far. We loved that we could catch the bus right outside the door to any lift in the morning and ski all the way back to the condo in the afternoon. In the evenings it was a five minute walk to eat out or shop. The condo was just the right size for our group and was well appointed with all the basics we needed to cook meals in when desired. We definitely enjoyed the steam shower in the master bath and the community hot tub after long days on the slopes. We did not have any issues and definitely recommend this condo.

Family vacation
We are always out here for skiing and wanted to try something new. This condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Very close to trail heads, gondola, and Main Street. The space was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We will definitely be looking to rent again this winter!

Spring Break 2023
Great time was had by all at this property. Tawny (owner of property) was prompt in replying to all of our questions. The condo was close to all the shops/restaurants. The location of the property made it convenient to park and walk to everything. Being able to ski down Peak 8 right into the property was also a huge plus. Would highly recommend this property/location.

Loved the condo- renovations look great!!
The location is really incredible- easy walk to restaurants, and skiing is super accessible.
Wish I understood the overflow parking situation a bit better prior to arrival, would not have changed me picking this condo but It would have been much more helpful to know that the overflow lot is not part of the condo, it’s a pay city lot, about a 10 min drive away from the condo.
Overall, the bedroom setup & the location were just perfect for our group.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your trip. Sorry for the miscommunication. We do make it clear in our description that our condo building accommodates one vehicle only in the on site covered garage parking. This is pretty standard for most places in Breckenridge. Any additional vehicles do need to park in the Breckenridge overnight parking lot, which is 1.8 miles from our condo, a 5 min drive.

Great Location for families
The location of the property was great. Easy one-stop on the shuttle to the Gondola, with ski-in. Also very close to downtown. Not having anything but sheets on the beds (no blankets/comforters) was a major inconvenience. We had to borrow from friends staying at other properties, as the kids got cold at night. It would also have been nice to have other conveniences that you usually find like a few trash bags, coffee filters, sponges and dish soap (these were provided upon request) but all in we had a great stay.

It was a pleasure hosting you and I'm so glad you and your family had a good time! I agree that the lack of blankets/comforters is not ideal. We are trying to keep our property as safe as possible during COVID to ensure that all guests have a healthy experience. We do notify guests ahead of time that we are taking these precautions. That said, I hear your feedback and have remedied this situation for future guests. Blankets are a must in a ski condo! The conveniences should have been provided upon your arrival and I apologize for that inconvenience. Our cleaning company has been notified. I hope you had a safe trip home and return to Breckenridge soon!

Great location and excellent experience
We really enjoyed our stay here. Our host was a super responsive communicator. I generally don’t have to communicate with the host much but this time I had several questions and she always responded immediately.We had a full house but had plenty of room. The loft was great for our teens. There was toys and items for younger kids as well.We love the ski locker right outside the entrance so there was no need to bring our gear inside. There were sleds to borrow as well.We love the ski in and the bus stop is located right outside for a quick ride to a lift or to the gondola.Unit was stocked fairly well which is never expected but always appreciated. We ski yearly and this was probably one of my favorites. We will try to book here again next year!

A great spot in Breckenridge
We had a terrific holiday week in Breckenridge. The condo was in an amazing location with easy ski-in option. The living area was comfortable for our family of 5 to hang out after skiing, watch a movie and chill. There is a lovely dining room table that we did not use to eat, but completed an awesome puzzle that we found in the living. There are lots of puzzles and games included! The kitchen was well stocked and we ate breakfast before we left for the day. The 2 full baths were updated and nice, could have used a ½ bath - there were times when for 5 people the 2 bathrooms were not enough. The place is on the 3rd floor but the elevator operated fine. The condo could use better updated lighting. The TV in the master was not operational. The carpet is pulling up in the living room and looks like it could be replaced. We really enjoyed our time and recommend this spot!

I’m so happy to hear that you enjoyed your time in Breck! I did notice the carpet as well and that is scheduled for repair. This is why we ask folks to leave their ski boots outside. I’m not sure about the issues with the TV. I did check in this after seeing this review and saw no issues. Both of our TV’s work great! I would have been happy to help you had I known you were having trouble. Our condo building utilizes resort internet which uses Roku on the TVs in all units, providing both streaming services and cable TV.

Both Tawny and Nick grew up in Colorado and love everything that the state has to offer including the great vibe, friendliness and outdoor lifestyle of Breckenridge! They have 3 children whom enjoy family time with them in Breckenridge hiking, biking, skiing and enjoying the magic of the mountains!
