Unwind in Cherry Grove at this fabulous house. This home offers 5 king bedrooms each with on-suite bathrooms for total privacy and comfort. The upstairs living room can transform into an additional space with a queen bed that provides extra comfort for larger groups. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you will need to feel like home. This house provides enough space for the whole family.

Outside the home you will find a gated back yard, a private pool with a splash pad perfect for kids. Outdoor living at its finest with a natural gas grill and a XL Big Green Egg with lounge seating. Two outdoor showers, one to wash the sand off your toes after a long day at the beach and one completely enclosed for privacy.

The beach is a short walk from the house along with many shops and restaurants, you may also rent a golf cart during your stay with Salty Frys Golf Cart Rentals.

Linens, towels and starter toiletries are provided. The home has two laundry rooms with one being upstairs and one downstairs for your convenience. There is a grocery store nearby if you need more during your stay. Beach chairs and pool games are provided along with indoor games such as Foosball, board games and cards for those rainy days indoors.

Enjoy all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer when you stay at our place. Some highly recommended restaurants that are nearby and our favorites as well are The Shack, Hoskins, Captain Archies, Joe's Bar and Grill, Hickory Tavern, Cape Fear Seafood Company, Filet's and Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! Please note there are cameras on the exterior of the home and one in the foyer. There are also noise sensors at the property. There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 6-car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25- no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

If doors or windows are left open for long periods of time the HVAC will shut off to save energy.
