All reservation cancellations, regardless of when they are made, are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee on the total amount before taxes. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time your reservation is booked.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, less the 3.5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.

Updated and clean condo! We enjoyed use of the beach chairs and the swimming pool. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking breakfast every morning.

Had an amazing week long stay here! The place was the perfect location. Right on the cliff with an awesome view where you could fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean waves. The place was stocked with everything we needed for our stay and we can’t wait to come back soon!

A wonderful unit. Well equipped, clean, newly renovated, and comfortable. As advertised and then some. Water view from three rooms with a porch to have coffee and the ocean each morning. Comfortable beds with good linens. Good breeze no need for AC even in mid August. Listing photos look like AI but can confirm the views are that good.
