Location was great, patio, view amazing! Free trolley around town on the weekend made it easy to get around. Very clean! Need oscillating portable fans. No AC in unit. Very stuffy and hot. Repair ceiling fan in bedroom, on high speed wobbles and makes clicking noise. Replace bed. Its old and sags in various parts of the mattress.

Can't Beat The View

We completely enjoyed our stay again, this was our second year. The view is spectacular. The condo is the perfect size for us. Richard, the host, is very accomadating. I literally can't think of anything that was lacking. Easy walk to beach and pier. The Ceiling Fans cooled us down nicely at night. Private parking space for our car (Be prepared, it is a bit tight) and a 1 car garage that we stored all of our beach goodies in. We will be back again next year. Al & Caryn

Good place in a great location

Except for one day of very noisy construction in an adjoining apartment we were very satisfied with our stay. Excellent location, view and amenities.

We stay in San Clemente for Christmas for the past 8 years usually at the same Vacasa. This Apt popped up 2025 so we tried it out. Everything was just right for our needs but the patio and oceanview were a bonus. We rolled in on Christmas Eve through New Year's great gift to us.

Great view!

Generally the unit is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen has been upgraded with a great fridge, stove, Microwave, etc. A comfortable living room leading out to a huge patio with fantastic views of the ocean and comfortable seating area.. The bedroom has a large closet with mirrored doors and numerous hangers, king size bed which was comfortable. Bathroom is a bit small with a full tub and shower. Problems: no A/C, the bedroom was hot. There is a ceiling fan and also a unit to pull air from outside in the bedroom. However, it was very loud! The parking situation was not great! The garage could only fit a very small car, the driveway is very tight with neighbor carsHowever, the entire beach area is the same due to lack of parking. We opted to park in the street sometimes. The next negative is walking to the unit. Get ready for an up hill climb of 25 stairs and also some concrete area still climbing up. The door lock is a real treat since it takes a bit of time to work it out. When we arrived I was not happy with these problems and tried to cancel and get my $ returned. That did not work! The owner of the property was helpful answering questions and also said we could check in early. Summary - if you don’t mind stairs up hill, very tight parking, loud fan in the bedroom this place is for you ! But you will enjoy a fabulous patio facing the beach!

Small but Essential

The condominium was really nice and laid out properly starting off with a large balcony very very nice looking at the ocean view from there you could hear it all waves crashing, and soul delightful along with the spacious living room room where the TV you could just program whatever stations you are used to at home large TV kitchen is small but it has all the top of line essentials really great Samsung refrigerator with two different kinds sizes of ice in the freezer bin, which was unbelievable and the large refrigerator very clean along with looking like marble countertops and microwave and really nice some coffee maker backsplash has the glass tile on it. The master bedroom was large enough. I’ve seen smaller along with a bath and shower, which is unbelievable seeing in the bathtub is unusual mostly a place like that would have a shower only so only thing problem there was is that the parking is very tight. It comes with a garage, but you can’t get the car in there. Same thing with the driveway. It’s very tight. Your car will be sticking out, blocking the sidewalk that I guess there’s nothing you could do about that plus it’s not really a handicap accessible cause you have to go up about five or six steps to get to your condominium, but I still rated a five star.
