Parking in the garage was very convenient. Riki was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The cottage was comfortable, quiet, relaxing and cozy.

Basic place to stay. Can walk to beach, but all up hill returning home. Could use nicer furniture to make it more pleasant and comfortable. Not sure what are the views, typical beach neighborhood. Riki was very friendly and helpful

Perfect Location!

Centrally located between LA and San Diego , Great Nightlife - short walk to bars and restaurants! Very pleased with owner’s hospitality! Will definitely be staying here again.

Great Place/Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at “Beautiful Views”. Location was close to everything- shops, restaurants, the pier and trolley. The place was fully equipped to cook and eat in or to have happy hour out on the large deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to anyone visiting San Clemente!

Riki is a great host. Met us for check-in and walk us through the apartment. Showed where everything is and had a little welcome gift is cookies, popcorn and lemonade. Easy walk to downtown Del Mar avenue for the shops and restaurants. Little less than half mile walk to the pier and beach. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Amazing cottage

Fun Beach Vacay

Wonderful relaxing week

Property was perfect walkable distance to shops and beach. Sheets and bed and pillows were soft and supportive. Host was super responsive. House and property were very clean. Loved the deck great place to eat dinners do yoga and read I'll be back for sure.

The owner was excellent. Very informative of the unit. The kitchen was perfect. We did not cook a meal we did easy simple meals and ate main meal out.

Great beach spot!

Riki’s place was perfect for a family of four. That balcony is awesome! Three blocks from the beach! We had a great time!
