The Space

A three-bedroom home close to the Queenstown CBD! The living areas look out to limited views of the Remarkables, partial Walter Peak and skyline views from balcony.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms. Please confirm your preferred configuration with us directly.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with standing showers (one ensuite).

Living areas: Open-plan living with fireplace and Smart TV (streaming only).

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, induction cooktop, oven, extractor fan, and microwave.

Views: Our home has limited views of the Remarkables, partial Walter Peak and skyline views from balcony.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Located on Hallenstein Street, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from Queenstown’s lakefront, restaurants, shops, and bars—but set just far enough back to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. This area is perfect for guests who want to be close to the action while still having space to relax.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: 2 Small external flights of stairs leading to the front door

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Need something in person? Swing by our Guest Lounge at 19B Shotover St, open daily 9am–5pm (closed Christmas Day). Free Wi-Fi and coffee or tea are on us.
