Vue imprenable sur l'océan Pacifique depuis ce condo de luxe au neuviÚme étage situé à l'extrémité tranquille de la plage d'Ixtapa. Vous vous réveillerez avec un beau lever de soleil matinal. Il y a des occasions de voir des baleines ou des dauphins, ce qui est un beau spectacle à voir.
Cinq minutes Ă  pied de la marina oĂč des bateaux charter sont disponibles et quelques bons restaurants au choix et un parcours de golf de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue et un autre Ă  l'autre bout d'Ixtapa. Beau terrain avec piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement et piscine pour adultes. Profitez du service de bar au bord de la piscine et du service de restauration. DĂ©gustez certains des meilleurs aliments d'Ixtapa au restaurant sur place Ă  des prix trĂšs raisonnables. Si vous choisissez de faire votre propre cuisine, vous pouvez faire vos courses Ă  Zihuatanejo chez Mega oĂč vous trouverez une grande sĂ©lection d'aliments.
Sur place se trouvent également un centre d'affaires avec accÚs Internet gratuit, des courts de tennis et une salle de sport. PrÚs des magasins, des bons restaurants et des divertissements. Ce condo d'une chambre est décoré avec goût et dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetiÚre et mixeur. A la télévision par cùble wi-fi privé. Vous trouverez également une chaise longue pour les siestes de l'aprÚs-midi si vous le souhaitez. Buanderie dans l'unité. Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful and was fully stocked for everything I needed during my stay. The patio is nicely furnished with a fabulous view! I would recommend Marilyn's condo.

Great time in Ixtapa

The Bay View Grand was great. The location is convenient to town via walking or a quick bus ride. The unit had wonderful views, was clean and well equipped. We love it in Ixtapa and hope to return in the near future.

Loving Life in Ixtapa!

Great stay in the condo! Can it get any better then coffee on the balcony with ocean view? Awesome owners and very easy to communicate with. Everything a person needs to have a great holiday is at your fingertips. Will definitely rent again!!

Great Host

Located at the end of a wonderful walking beach next to the Marina. Easy to visit Zihu with a combi van or taxi. Very well appointed property and relaxing pool. Marilyn was very quick at responding to any questions regarding the property or the area in general. I will be back.

Nice small condo on 9th floor with afternoon shade at Bay View Grand

Nice clean and well equipped unit. Only issues were with main building's air conditioner and water outages. Nothing to do with the individual condo - just the building's lack of attention to maintenance

Beachfront Condo

Clean, quiet, beautifully decorated one bedroom condo, perfect for a couple. In suite laundry was easy and convenient. We rented the two weeks over the Christmas holidays so perhaps is why we didn’t get any outside cleaning. The only downside to our stay.

Lovely Condo big and beautiful views. I had everything you need plus laundry, which is a bonus. Nice to have a restaurant on the grounds. Property is well kept and staff at the BVG are friendly sweet people. Only problem was a large group of people that were Lounge chair “hogs” - that make it hard for staff. Other than that wonderful!!! Recommend it!!

Love the BVG

We recently stayed 2 weeks in this nice condo. We found it to be very clean and well equipped. The little balcony, with it's fantastic view down the beach, was our favorite part of the condo. Especially enjoyed sitting at the table on the balcony in the morning to eat breakfast, and in the evening to watch the lights come alive after dark. We loved being able to hear the waves crashing on the beach all night. Everything at the BVG is so handy...from the snack bar, to the beach/pools, to the buses/taxis on the street, or to just walk to Ixtapa. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!

Ixtapa vacation

We enjoyed our condo experience at the BVG Marina. The unit and complex were very clean The staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and the view from the balcony was spectacular! We appreciated the comfortable balcony furniture as we spent may hours there to watch the sun rise and enjoy the quiet evenings. Marilyn was great to deal with and answered all of our many questions. The onsite restaurant had good food and drinks for reasonable prices. We enjoyed the short walk to the downtown area and the many restaurant options it provided. We are looking forward to returning next year!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo

We spent the first two weeks of March here and found everything to be exactly as described on the website. It is a well kept, well stocked condo with a fabulous view from the terrace. The terrace furniture is especially comfortable, but a table would have made it perfect. The building itself is excellent, and everyone working there was very pleasant and helpful. The pool was one of the best we have ever seen. The restaurant was also very good. We liked being away from the main, more crowded area of the beach and enjoyed walking to the end and coming back to our more peaceful location. The owners were responsive to all our questions.

Wonderful 10 Days

We just returned from 10 fantastic days in Ixtapa and the condo was everything we could of hoped for. We love that it is on the quieter end of the beach. Our first weekend there was a Mexican holiday and the Bay View Grand was very busy for a change but everyone was very friendly and the staff was very accomodating, they even had to bring out more lounge chairs as all were being used. The condo unit itself had everything you could need and it was very comfortable. We would definetly consider staying there again in the future. Dale and Marilyn you have done a wonderful job making your place feel like home. Thank You.

Wonderful condo

This was our second time staying at the BVG Marina and we love the building. This condo was well situated to be able to enjoy the view of the ocean, beach, enjoy the sunrise and hear the waves. It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is in a great area that you can either walk, bus or taxi to the shops and restaurants in Ixtapa. As well, a short taxi ride to either Zihuatanejo or Ixtapa Island. The owners were very good to deal with and responded to all questions/concerns promptly. We are returning the BVG again in 2018 and tried to rent this condo again, but not surprising, it has been rented already. Thanks for a great holiday and we will try again in 2019!

Extra special treat

View from the condo is magnificent, facing east so had morning sun on the deck. Can’t see the sunset, but was special watching people on the beach watching it set (reminded me of movie City of Angels). Able to see the ocean from bedroom and living room. Very well stocked with amenities. OMG has hot water! (If you stayed in Ixtapa before, this is a rare commodity); exceptionally clean, has full laundry in condo, gas stove/oven, microwave, hot air fryer, user friendly smart tv. Have to mention the bed and couch were exceptionally comfortable! I appreciated the meticulous approach to details by the owner prior to arrival. The property manager paid special attention to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Unable to access the gym, but the 50 meter infinity pool and 2 hot tubs make up for it! Usually busy during most of the day, but pool area empties around 430. Had the pool almost to myself at that time. Can’t say enough! Very happy with my stay at the Bay View Grand Marina!

Everything’s as advertised

This property is exactly as advertised! We enjoyed ourselves immensely as we had everything we needed. My only recommendation to others is if you require a strong internet signal in all areas of this condo, perhaps look into a data plan instead of relying on wi-fi as it can be weak at times...that being said, if you’re like us and only need to send a few messages now and then, there is more than enough signal. On the plus side, the shower (overhead rain shower style) was the best I have ever used!! I feel this unit is very good value and I would recommend it to everyone. Marilyn was a pleasure to deal with and I would absolutely rent this property again.

Fabulous condo!

This condo is amazing! Fabulous views, beautifully decorated, so much storage space, kitchen has everything you need and more! The grounds are beautiful, the onsite restaurant has great food, and the people who work there are wonderful and bend over backwards to make your vacation even better. Can't wait to go back!

Love this place

We had a wonderful experience at the BVGM and the this unit was perfect for us. The décor was vibrant and the kitchen was stock with all your cooking utensils that you would need. Lots of towels and linens to make your stay comfortable. We can't wait to go back in 2020!

We chose our condo in Ixtapa because it is a beautiful place and very clean. We have been to several other places in Mexico and fell in love with Ixtapa. The streets are maintained daily. The beaches are gorgeous. Zihuatenajo is just a short bus ride (10 minutes) away and is a quaint fishing city. Ixtapa is a quieter place than other tourist areas in Mexico.

This condo is situated on the beachfront facing the Pacific ocean. We get the sunrise and sun until approximately noon. It is very relaxing to sit on the balcony in the afternoon and if you are lucky, you may see dolphins or whales.
