The Space:
Bold interiors and leafy outlooks set the tone for a stay that feels both vibrant and relaxing. High ceilings, timber floors, colourful artwork, and oversized windows bring character to the home, while the surrounding greenery provides a sense of privacy and stillness throughout the living spaces. Designed with groups in mind, the layout offers plenty of room to come together, alongside separate zones where guests can spread out and unwind.
The main living space is air-conditioned and centres around generous seating, a fireplace, and large windows that draw in natural light. The chef’s kitchen offers generous bench space and modern appliances, making everything from casual breakfasts to shared dinners easy to prepare, while the adjoining dining area connects seamlessly with the outdoor entertaining spaces, encouraging long meals and relaxed conversation. A secondary lounge featuring a striking green velvet couch provides an additional space to read or enjoy a quiet moment away from the main gathering areas.
Sliding doors open onto a spacious timber deck overlooking the surrounding trees. Here you'll find outdoor dining, a BBQ, and the heated pool, creating your own private paradise. Beyond the deck, a generous lawn provides space for children and pets to play, complete with a trampoline and cubby-style play area that make the outdoor spaces particularly well suited to families. Whether you're starting the day with coffee in the fresh air or cooling off with an afternoon swim, there's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the outdoors.
Five stylish bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for families and groups. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, the other three bedrooms have queen beds, and the last room has a bunk bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a full laundry add everyday convenience. Secure parking is available onsite.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the full home, including the heated pool, alfresco deck, fenced backyard, kitchen, and both living areas. Check-in is via lockbox. Onsite parking is available.
The Neighborhood:
Positioned within easy reach of Dunsborough’s town centre, the home offers convenient access to some of the South West’s most popular attractions. Stroll into town in around ten minutes to explore local cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and everyday essentials, or pick up supplies for a relaxed meal back at the house. The calm waters of Dunsborough Foreshore are just a short drive away, while Meelup Beach and Castle Rock Beach offer beautiful swimming, snorkelling, and coastal scenery within ten minutes by car. The Margaret River Wine Region begins nearby, with acclaimed wineries, breweries, and cellar doors easily reached for a day of tasting and exploring. Walking trails, nature reserves, and family-friendly parks are also close by, making this an ideal base for enjoying both the coastline and the region’s renowned food and wine experiences.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
Firewood
A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
Leavers
We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.
Pet Policy
This property is pet-friendly. A $95 pet fee applies per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two pets permitted. All pets must be approved prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time. Guests must ensure pets are supervised throughout their stay, and noise restrictions still apply. All pet waste must be cleaned up, and any excess mess, waste, or animal hair left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee.
