Single Family Home in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to Chaparral Park in South Richland.

This is a 3 bedroom/2 bath house with big driveway & additional off-street parking. Each bedroom has a queen bed and TV. There is a fully-stocked kitchen, a game-room with air hockey, foosball, large wall connect 4 and family area with a sectional.

Enjoy back sitting patio with table and propane BBQ. Additional amenities include washer and dryer, 2 way coffee maker, compatible with K-cups

All 3 bedrooms have Queen Beds & TVs

Beautiful Neighborhood with Chaparral park right up the street. Lots of stores & restaurants close by

Big driveway with lots of off street parking

Garage key pads are not working. Garage is available for use, but have to be manually opened until parts arrive to repair. Thank you for understanding

Reservation/check-in/communication with the host was very quick and easy. The location was extremely convient to houseviut if town family for the holidays.Some of my family reported that the beds were not the most comfortable but the ones in the primary bedroom did not.Overall happy with the stay, a great value.

Our stay was very nice. A great VRBO for the price. Close to any amenities we needed, and our daughter's wedding. The house was very clean inside and out and had modern and comfortable climate control. Just as spacious or more than the listing pictures make it out to be.

The house was really clean and spacious. Lovely backyard and shaded driveway in the afternoon. There was a minor issue with the cooling system, but the maintenance man Dave was quick to rectify the problem in less than 24 hours. The house was perfect for our family. Tvs in every bedroom and a nice dining room table in the game room that was perfect for family game night. The home was close driving distance to everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again to visit my out of state children. We drove from Texas and the house was welcoming like arriving home after a long trip.

Sisters Trip to the Tri-Cities

This was our first experience with this type of accommodations. We enjoyed ourselves immensely! We were able to entertain our family. Everything we needed was there! Very comfortable beds. Even had a fan for my white noise.

Absolutely Beautiful!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house really made it feel like home! Had everything you would ever need! The owners of the house installed A/C units in every room just before our stay because the home A/C went out because of the heat wave! I 100% recommend staying in this beautiful home! We will be staying here in future trips if available! Hands down one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Great House - Well appointed

we were positively surprised about this house. It was everything that was listed and more. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner, even a blow-dryer. All looks recently renovated. Very nice.

Nice spot. Unfortunately we were there during a pretty bad winter cold snap. We stayed one night here, but had to leave after the water pipes froze and broke. The Host quickly fixed us up at a different property, which we really appreciated. Otherwise This house would have worked perfectly for us. Location is great and it’s a nice place.

Perfect family place

This place was clean and spacious. It was perfect for our time with family in Richland. We thoroughly enjoyed the space. The game room was awesome and provided some great memories of friendly competition and lots of laughter!
