Unique, 70s-style home with 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood near the Columbia river in North Richland!

Over 3,300 square feet with beautiful backyard and on the bike path through the neighborhood and along the river. Just blocks from Hanford H.S., WSU Tri-Cities, and the Hanford Site including PNNL.

Master bedroom: Queen bed with attached bath
2nd bedroom: Queen bed
3rd bedroom: Full size bed
4th bedroom: Queen Bed with attached bath and small Twin bed in extra space

Large open areas upstairs and downstairs with foosball, ping pong, exercise bike and large outdoor area with fire pit, pergola and balcony

This was our home base for a long weekend visit to Richland. The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is lovely. We love seeing the river from the living room. Communication with the host is prompt. We would certainly return.

Very clean and no issues. Nice house with plenty of room in a clean neighborhood. Came here to fish so it was a great base camp for our group.

We really liked the location of this property and the house in general. Unfortunately, had to reach out to the host for my check-in code and make a couple of phone calls as it was not provided beforehand.The icemaker in the freezer was not working. Their repair person did end up bringing us two bags of ice so I appreciate the quick response there.The linens and the towels are definitely dated and the mattresses are just so- so.The kitchen is super well stocked with all the utensils you could need. The coffee bar with a regular coffee maker and multiple grinders is definitely a plus. The backyard area is really nice. And the game room is a nice touch as well.New towels and sheets, and maybe some mattress upgrades and we would have certainly rated this five star.We would certainly stay there again if our travels took us that way again.

Big, Clean and Great Location.

It was a great location for all the wedding activities we had going on. Right by the river and great places to eat close by. There was great communication between the owner and property manger. We would rent here again!

Nice home with river walk access!

This home is spacious and fit our families needs while we were in Richland for a softball tournament. It is just minutes away from the river walk and a Safeway is close also. The kitchen is well stocked and the kids enjoyed the ping pong and foosball games. We will stay here again when we come back!

Great place for large group

House was perfect, a little bit older of a house but in good shape. House is laid out well wear kids can play downstairs while adults hang out up stairs. Master bedroom is huge with a great bathroom. Hot tub is a nice touch

Great house for lots of family.

Lots of room for a family visit, clean. Didn’t use outside much, the house is in a great neighborhood. Basement has full size ping pong table and extra couches for lounging.

Family Gathering

Had a wonderful stay at this location. The games downstairs were great entertainers for the kids and adults. The back yard is being relandscaped?, so family could not enjoy outdoor space.

This cool custom home in a quiet neighborhood right near the Columbia river is spacious and conveniently located. Property manager was exceptionally responsive and accommodating.
