Victoria Ave is just a few minutes away, offering some fantastic local spots: Las Palapas for delicious Mexican food, Homestead Ice Cream for a sweet treat, and The Columbian for handcrafted coffee. With easy access to Broadway, 8th Street, and the downtown core, the location truly can’t be beat.

Buena Vista Park is only half a block away and features a kids’ paddling pool, playground, and lawn bowling. In the winter, the park even offers a short cross‑country ski track.
The neighbourhood is quiet and family‑oriented.
It’s a warm, inviting area that will make you feel right at home during your stay.

This home is truly set up to make anyone’s stay enjoyable. The spare room is perfect for working away from home, equipped with a desk and a comfortable office chair. You’ll find everything you need to enjoy time with family and friends, including board games, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking your favourite meals, wine glasses, and high‑speed internet. With smart TVs in two different areas, you can spread out or stay close—whatever suits your visit.

We’ve aimed to make your stay as easy and family‑friendly as possible. For little ones, there is a playpen with clean sheets, a high chair, kids’ plates and cups, and plenty of toys. The backyard includes an enclosed space so you can enjoy the outdoors even on rainy days, a yard for activities, and a fire pit for cozy evenings.

The garage offers secure parking for one vehicle, and there is ample street parking available as well. With a park just half a block away—featuring a playground, paddling pool, and open space—your stay will be comfortable, convenient, and full of possibilities.
