Varsity View University area has on street parking restrictions without a parking pass. Restriction are 2 hour parking during the day Monday-Friday from 9 am-6pm.
We have pass available for 1 car for on street parking. Pass must be displayed on dash. Pass must be returned before check out.

Check in access from rear lane parking.
Walk around side street to access front door or walk through yard to access front door.

Back yard NOT for Guest use. This is for lower level guest only.

Please note that we have a renter/tenant on site lower level.

HOUSE RULES:
**Quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am. If we receive a noise complaint outside of these hours, it will result in a $250 fine.
**No parties or events. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine.
**Lost key/fob: $250
**Lost parking pass: $250
**Late check-out past 10 am without our consent: $100 per hour
**Excessive guests than reservation: $50 per guest
**Excessive cleaning above average: $50/assessed per situation.
**Any signs of smoking of any kind & illicit drugs on the premises: $250/assessed per situation.
**This is a non smoking building and yard.
