Room 1: This is the master bedroom. It has a King-sized bed, Comes with a 55" Smart TV. Perfect for streaming your favourite TV Shows, Movies and Gaming. With elegant private washroom, designer sheets, 4 pillows and a cozy nightstands with a mood light.

Room 2: This is large bedroom. It has a Full-sized bed with a White/Oak mood lamp on a nightstand. It comes complete with designer sheets and 4 pillows.

Room 3:This is large bedroom. It has a Full-sized bed with a White/Oak mood lamp on a nightstand. It comes complete with designer sheets and 4 pillows.

Basement Living Room: The suite has a Projector with Home theatre that can be used as mini Cinema, bar and gaming section. It can be used as children play area or if you’re looking for some peace and quiet, this is the perfect place to chill.

Kitchen: Just bring your own food. We have provided the rest. This kitchen comes completely stocked with every relevant cooking needs. We have a huge selection of cooking pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, cookie trays, plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family and so much more. There is enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family. We’ve never had anyone run out of utensils.

Our kitchen is also stocked with plenty of paper towels, sponges, wipes, and various other kitchen cleaning supplies. Enjoy the stainless steel under mount sinks; the stylish cabinetry and the trendy vinyl plank floors with lots of storage spaces as well as a large kitchen pantry.

Great Vrbo experience

The place was comfortable and everything that we needed. Nice green space with paths for going for walks, just behind the house. There was some confusion about the extra charge for hot tub use. We recommend this place for a great place to stay in Saskatoon!

Comfortable home

Home has just enough room for the 4 bedrooms of guest it can hold. Parking could be a problem if you have more than 2 vehicles. Have stayed in other homes in the area and this is the first one I would return to.

House was good bedrooms clean and comfortable. Hot tub was pretty high in chlorine said it hasn’t been changed for awhile maybe why . Backyard deck is a good size but the fence needs work if u wanna have a dog back there it’s loose in spots . Host is very accessible

We appreciate your feedback about the hot tub and the backyard fence. We regularly maintain and balance the hot tub to ensure it's clean and safe for guests. once hot tub lid is off the chlorine is very minimum and the fence has been inspected and addressed. All four of us were pleasantly surprised with what the house has to offer. Very well stocked with all the necessities, plenty of room and very clean. The hot tub was great and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only disappointing thing was having a 10am check out time. That’s pretty early.

Good place to stay but was not a 5 star review. The place was clean and had the basics. There was not much more than the basics and that's fine. However it would have been nice to have channels on the tv to catch live tv for example. Also had to ask for a refund for the hut tub fee because when we got there and opened the lid there was no water in it. I understand that the previous week was really cold and they could have had issues but felt like that could have been communicated prior to our arrival. It is a key feature of the home so disappointing to find it empty upon arrival.
