This Hollywood Mansion has it all: close to the beach, a screened-in pool with BBQ, 6 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and elegant dining and living areas. The open layout with high ceilings and large windows fills the home with natural light. Just minutes from the beach, Oceanwalk Mall, and the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk!
THE SPACE
There are 6 bedrooms in total: 3 upstairs and 3 downstairs. The master bedroom is located downstairs and features 2 queen-size beds. All other bedrooms are furnished with 2 full-size beds each, offering plenty of comfortable sleeping space for guests.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, elegant dining and living areas, the backyard screened-in pool and hot tub, BBQ, and outdoor lounge space. Parking is available on-site.
LOCATION
Located in the prime location, in Hollywood Lakes. Walk to Hollywood Beach, marina, downtown Hollywood cafes & places of worship. with close proximity to Fort Lauderdale, Dania Beach and Aventura, which makes for an exceptional vacation spot.

FORTLAUDERDALE BEACH more than seven miles of the Cityâs award-winning wavewall and world famous coastline, sits along an array of shops, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and entertainment venues. Beachgoers can participate in a wide range of activities from boating, wind surfing, jet skiing and volleyball to snorkeling, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing and rollerblading.
LAS OLAS BLVD. immaculately lined with palm trees and beautiful people, Las Olas becomes a shopping, dining and nightlife extravaganza.
