Someone from the team will be at the check-in to show you around and give you keys to the house.

Every detail has been carefully curated to provide a memorable stay. Conveniently located, the villa is less than a 10-minute drive to the beach and just 20 minutes away from the best shopping and entertainment destinations in Miami Beach.

- Welcome amenity provided: welcome amenity, shower gel, Keurig capsules for your first day.
Rental Policies:
- Our bookings require a minimum age of 25 years old.
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
- PLEASE READ: No parties, no drugs, no exception. Please refer to the rule of house. Violation of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the Guest and the Guests party, pursuant to § 82.045 Fla. Stat. (2018). PLEASE READ: No parties, no drugs, no exception. Please refer to the rule of house on the rental agreement.
- House should not be advertise anywhere else than this listing. No sub-renting allowed.
- Smoking is allowed outside only. $1000 will be charged if the house has a smell of smoke.
