You’ll have full, private access to the lower-level apartment—including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, full kitchen, and in-suite laundry. The space has its own private entrance and is completely self-contained.

The upper levels of the house operate as a separate short-term rental. While your apartment is fully private and closed off, you may occasionally hear household sounds from above—similar to staying in a condo or townhouse.
