This home is part of a multi-unit property with a separate suite. Each space is fully private with no shared areas. This setup works well for most guests, but may not be ideal for those who are highly sensitive to noise or expecting hotel-level soundproofing.

You'll have full, private access to the basement suite—including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, fully stocked kitchen, and in-suite laundry.

To ensure a safe and seamless stay, all guests must complete the following before check-in:

3. Select Damage Protection
Choose one of two options:
• $50 CAD non-refundable waiver (covers accidental damage up to $700 CAD)
• $700 CAD Refundable Damage Deposit – pre-authorized 2 days before check-in and automatically released within 5 days of checkout (minus a 2% processing fee)
