Unfortunately, this property was a disappointment. While the pool and location were excellent, the house itself was not well maintained.The home was not clean upon arrival, and the outdoor trash cans were already overflowing with garbage. The kitchen was especially frustrating. The stove is in poor condition and needs to be replaced, the kitchen isn't well stocked, the knives are extremely dull, and the refrigerator water filter needs to be changed.There were numerous maintenance issues as well. The microwave shuts off after about a minute of use, the gas grill has been completely gutted and is unusable, multiple TV remotes had dead batteries, and there is a nest of bats in the carport that should be addressed immediately.The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and repeatedly disconnected throughout our stay. We ultimately had to rely on our personal hotspot just to have a stable internet connection.It's disappointing because the pool and location are truly great. However, the condition of the property and the lack of maintenance overshadowed those positives. We will not be booking this property again and cannot recommend it in its current condition.
