Tara, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your kind words about the location and of Cape San Blas. However, we regret to hear that the pool and deck did not meet our usual standards upon your arrival but in our defense, it was just after Hurricane Helene, and while our area didn't experience catastrophic damage the storm surge was enough to cause issues like excessive sand on beachfront pool decks. We strive to ensure all properties are ready for our guests, so we appreciate your understanding and continue to think about those that were less fortunate than we were from the effects of the storm. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.
