Enjoy a little country with your Florida vacations stay. Just six miles from Interstate 75 in 10 miles from downtown Fort Myers and one mile from parks and river you'll find this country setting home. This is a three-bedroom two-bath remolded farm home.You'll find plenty of peace and quiet along with corn hole boards and outside grilling under lit oak trees to enjoy along with a small fishing ponds. Perfect place for relaxing evenings after your beach day which is approximately 50 minutes away. authorization by The Host will be needed for any additional visitors to the property. A $50 a night fee will be charged for any unscheduled guest .

Clean, convenient and comfortable

We loved everything about this place. The host was so helpful and the location was quiet but not far from stores, restaurants etc. will return soon.

Comfortable

We had a great stay. Vern is very accommodating and easy to work with. Grateful we found a place to stay. Perfect location - very close to everything but also very quiet. We could not have chosen a better place for us!

Excellent Stay

Property was very clean upon arrival and Vern was a pleasure to work with. The property is in a very quiet area and we slept great at night. This house had everything we needed for our stay and there is a publix grocery store and a gas station 5 minutes down the road.

Nice rural getaway

Rural, farm like feel, just outside Ft. Myers. Vern was a great host, was available for any questions or adjustments to my schedule. He introduced me to Chucky, the donkey next door, and I fed him carrots most evenings. Well maintained property, spacious feel, very quiet, yet convenient to any Ft. Myers destination. Hope to book again next year.

Great quiet getaway

The property was perfect for the 4 of us (all retired). Quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. It's not too close to the city to be noisy and crowded. Instead, it's away from the crowd but easy to get to where you want. Vern, the property owner, was very hospitable and answered any question we had. If you don't need to be right on the beach and instead want some space and quiet, this would be a great choice.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to relax with family and loved ones.

Property was very clean and tidy upon arrival, owner was extremely nice and a pleasure to work with. Out back of property is really well set up with several lounge areas as well as a pond and fire pit. Every bedroom in the house was nice and roomy with a tv for each room. All together it was a perfect getaway for my girlfriend and myself.

Out of the city but close to it all

This was a great property with an awesome host. Everything we needed was at the property. Great and friendly communication. Comfortable beds. Good electronics and WiFi. Would for sure stay here again.

Peaceful & Beautiful Property

The property as well as the homeowner were amazing! The home is 5 minutes from town but feels like you’re in your own world. The peacefulness of the country home, the sounds of the birds, the view & access to feed the neighbor’s horses was just what we were looking to get out of our trip. The owner is personable & the house is super clean and has everything you need!

Alva house on carter lane

Overall the property was nice. Needs a little more attention to cleanliness! It wasn’t bad, just could have been better. The owner of the property was very friendly and very helpful! We enjoy d our stay.
