From any window in the house, you can catch a glimpse of the horses grazing. You can even relax in the soaking tub while enjoying the view.

The house boasts three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with an open concept layout that's perfect for spending quality time with family. Whether you're lounging on the oversized couch and watching TV on the large mounted flat screen or cooking a meal in the fully-stocked farmhouse kitchen, you'll feel right at home. The farmhouse table can comfortably seat eight people.

Horse enthusiasts will love this property, which features a six-stall horse barn, a dressage arena, a riding pasture, and several large grazing pastures. Stall rentals are available for equestrians - please inquire with the host.

Other things to note
Pets allowed. Must be announced at booking. Pet policy:
Maximum 2 dogs. $50/night/dog. $250 refundable security deposit per dog. We have implemented our Dog Agreement (contract), which guests must complete and sign a copy of. Restrictions: no puppies under 1 year, dogs must be spayed or neutered, dogs must be well behaved on leash, and owners must agree to keep dogs on leash whenever they are outdoors unless they have requested supervised loose time in the dressage arena paddock. If you clean up after your dog(s) and there are no damages, we will refund 100% of the deposit.

Visitors to the barn must be accompanied by property manager. Please message host to make arrangements.

The hot tub is emptied between guests when there is space between bookings so as to keep the water as clean as possible. Use of the hot tub is not included in the nightly rate and its use must be requested and paid for at the time of booking in order to ensure that it is filled and heated by check in time. If yours is a last minute booking (within 48 hours), the hot tub may not be hot by the time of check in.
