Maison familiale au lac North Keowee sur crique privée avec quai / À 5 MIN DE JOCASSEE

Get the family and friends together for memories at the lake! This waterfront lake house with private dock has plenty of outdoor living space and is nestled at the end of a quiet cove. You can let the kids swim and explore on the kayaks and lillipad float without worrying about boat traffic, or go for an adventure yourself! Two (2) kayaks, two (2) stand up fishing kayaks, and lillipad provided at no additional charge. Please remember to bring your own life jackets!!! There are lots of great hiking trails in the area (even if the water is too cold to swim) and the leaves are spectacular in autumn.

The location of this home and dock are ON Lake Keowee, but only a 5 minute drive from Lake Jocassee and Devil’s Fork State Park. Enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee or peaceful sunset from the large screened porch or lower deck overlooking the lake and cove. There is a path with ~40 steps down to the lower deck shown in the photos.

Winter guests enjoy the wood burning stove after a hike on one of the local trails and the outdoor fire pit is a great spot to catch up with family members. During the Spring and Fall the fire pit is home of the storyteller and s'mores!

The house was perfect for our family. Second year we have stayed here. Two new sit on top kayaks and a bathroom added to the bunk room were excellent additions to our stay. We had a wonderful few days on the lake.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our Clemson Graduation Celebration! We were able to accommodate all our guests and host a large celebration group. The drive to campus is worth it! We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, and rented a pontoon boat. I wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Amazing and relaxing. Our family loved the private cove and enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. The owner was so attentive in making sure our stay was great upon arrival to departure. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!

We are two brothers with 7 children each who grew up coming to Lake Keowee as children. The memories we have of family time at the lake are what we want to share with our children and what we are happy to share with you, your family, and friends.

We love this property because of its location at the end of the cove, all of the outdoor living space, and the proximity to Lake Jocassee as well as being on Lake Keowee.

The location of this home is one of the most unique aspects. While the home is on Lake Keowee with a water view and dock, it is just 5 minutes from Lake Jocassee which promises beautiful mountain views, Scuba Diving (Top 10 in the USA), waterfall boat tours, and guided fishing trips.
