Grande maison de vacances multi-génération sur le magnifique lac Keowee!


Notre maison du lac est située dans une petite communauté fermée isolée de Turtlehead. Nous sommes situés sur une crique confortable et sûre avec un accès facile au corps principal du lac Keowee. La navigation de plaisance, le ski et la pêche sont facilement accessibles immédiatement à partir de notre quai. La maison est à quelques pas du quai et du lac, à environ 20 pas de la maison. Le lac est également accessible en utilisant une voiturette de golf et un chemin de chariot de l'allée directement au quai. Turtlehead a également une rampe de mise à l'eau communautaire avec quai de courtoisie. Il y a une piscine de quartier juste en face.

La maison est idéale pour des vacances sur plusieurs générations. Bon accès pour tous. Très adapté aux enfants. Maison à trois niveaux, avec un niveau inférieur complètement fini. Service de télévision par satellite, avec 2 télévisions, chacune avec lecteur VHS / DVD.

5 chambres:
1. Grande chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée, avec lit King, bain à remous et douche.
2. Chambre King au niveau supérieur.
3. Chambre Queen au niveau supérieur avec berceau et lit de repos avec lit gigogne.
4. Chambre King au niveau inférieur.
5. Chambre Queen au niveau inférieur avec lit double et un ensemble de lits superposés.
Plus un espace superposé ouvert au niveau inférieur avec 3 ensembles de lits superposés.

Le rez-de-chaussée a un grand salon ouvert avec cuisine et salle familiale. Il y a un foyer au gaz et de grandes fenêtres avec vue sur le lac. Un téléviseur avec lecteur DVD / magnétoscope est disponible. Hors du rez-de-chaussée est une terrasse ouverte avec barbecue à gaz et un porche grillagé avec table et chaises pour manger à l'extérieur confortable. Superbes vues sur le lac et le quai.

Le niveau supérieur a comme un coin salon, plus les 2 chambres et salle de bain complète partagée.

Le niveau inférieur est terminé avec les 2 chambres, salle de bain complète, zone superposés, table de hockey sur air, table de baby-foot et un espace de divertissement avec TV et DVD / magnétoscope. Il y a une zone de pont inférieure avec un porche pivotant sur le niveau inférieur. Vues sur le lac et le quai.

The lake was breathtaking with beautiful views. Home offered scenic lake views from every room. Open, airy, and well stocked kitchen. Everything you need. Enjoyed visiting the many near and far waterfalls, nearby lakes, shops and restaurants. This was a 2nd week long stay at home, and we would stay again. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing views from every room. We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving week with our extended family. The kitchen had everything needed and the open layout of the main floor was great for entertaining. The grandkids loved hanging out in the bunk room and playing the games. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for all 14 of us. Nick was very easy to work with. He was always quick to answer any questions or concerns. Lots of memories made and we definitely hope to come back and stay longer.

Amazing lake house

We had the best vacation at this lake house. The house was perfect for our group. We loved the huge kitchen island open to the living area, all the sleeping spaces, the dock, but most importantly the view from the decks. My favorite thing was to sit on the screened in porch with my coffee and just look at the beautiful lake. We can't wait to go back!

Great place to stay for a family vacation or reunion

We had a great time on the lake swimming, canoeing and kayaking. We rented a boat for tubing. The house was well equipped with all we needed. The outdoor shower was helpful as we had a large family staying in the basement & the one bathroom was not adequate for all of them. An added plus was the community swimming pool, just across the street. We all had a great time and plan to come again.

The house is well appointed with everything a group needs. We took everything we thought we might need for dishes and other kitchen supplies, and didn't actually need them.The house is wonderfully decorated. There were plenty of towels available. The beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. Good cell service and the cellular wifi never failed us.It rained a good portion of our stay, so we didn't get to use the firepit. The dock and the rest of the outdoor setup is wonderful.Our grandchildren loved the bunk room and want to go back to this house next year for our family vacation!

Perfect getaway for multigenerations

The property was gorgeous and well stocked with everything we needed as we celebrated our parents 50th anniversary and Easter with all of the kids and grandkids. Plenty of space to spread out within the house. Everyone enjoyed fishing from the dock. Views were gorgeous of Lake Keowee.

Great house for holiday family getaway

This house was perfect! It was very large and had a great layout to support 3 generations of family. The view of the lake every morning at sunrise was breathtaking, as well as the sunset from the fire pit. I have to admit, based on the pictures we were thinking this would be just a typical lake house. However we were pleasantly surprised to see a very bright and open feeling house. We loved it and hope to come back.

Our family has enjoyed our lake house for the past 21 years. As our family has grown, (now with grandchildren) we continue to use our lake house for family vacations and reunions. We love boating, fishing and water sports. We live near Atlanta and find the 2 hour drive makes for an easy weekend get-a-way.

We did not buy this as a vacation rental, but as a second home, a get-a-way and vacation home for our family and friends. We had known Lake Keowee as a beautiful lake. It has sparkling clean water with peaceful surroundings of the nearby mountains. We are now making it available for a limited number of weeks as a rental vacation home.

Our lake house is unique situated at the mouth of a peaceful deep water cove with great access to the main body of Lake Keowee. We are surrounded by several Cliffs Communities with its upscale homes and amenities. Our home can offer either a quiet restful get-a-way, or an active lakefront vacation.
