Winnisquam Lake House

Welcome to the beautiful Winnisquam lake house. The house has a beautiful view of the lake from the porch, a few steps down to a beach with clean shallow water, soft sandy bottom for swimming and kayaking, Adirondack chairs on the deck. This home has everything you need to enjoy the lake during the summer, ski slopes in the winter. Completely remodeled kitchen, a huge living room, 4 spacious bedrooms, total of 2000sqft living space. Enjoy kayak, boats, fishing, hiking skiing biking, and more.

This is a private single-family house with 2000sqft of living area, 4 bedrooms, 1 half bath on the first floor with washer and dryer, 1 full bath in the second floor, and another full bath in the master bedroom in the second floor.
The house is located on a private Winnisquam lake beach in a condo association, direct access to water for swimming, kayaking through a day dock, shared with other guests.
Kitchen is remodeled with island and counter bar stools, the kitchen is fully equipped. Our fridge is always clean, never empty, we stock condiments and fresh basic food items in the fridge and in the pantry for your use. 1850’ butler room turned into dining room and pantry.
All linens and towels are provided, we have washer and dryer on first floor so you can go back home with clean laundry.
Central AC, living room with huge couch, cable TV, games and books.
Back porch is very spacious with rocking chairs, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunrise view of the lake, or take your coffee down to the deck and the beech.
There is a back yard with chairs, table, grill for cookout, outdoor dining.

Marcela and Shlomi were so helpful and responsive for any questions we had. Their home was very lovely and spacious for our extended family get together. It was so enjoyable hanging out on the porch and enjoying the lake views. Very convenient location for our wedding venue, shopping, restaurants and for Gunstock activities.

Great family getaway!

We had a great time at the Lake House! Seven people and three generations fit comfortably. The house looks just like the pictures and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook family meals. The dock on the lake was a huge bonus! We spent a lot of time there enjoying the lake and it’s a perfect spot for watching the sunset. We’ll be back!

Very nice property with a beautiful view

We stayed at this property the weekend of our son's wedding. It was perfect size for my wife and I along with the rest of our family (12 in all ranging from 8 yrs old). Very neat with all the accommodations needed for any length of stay. Marcela who is the property owner could not have been more pleasent and helpful. Check in was a breeze and she was a great communicator.

Quick Getaway over school break

Big Lake House

The perfect place for extended family attending a wedding at La Piece in Tilton. Everything was clean and just as promised in the listing. We loved being able to watch the leaves change around the lake from the porch. The property has a small playground area a beautiful common dock/deck where we enjoyed our lunch.

The home was situated in the most perfect location with a great lake view from the back porch. The home had everything that you need to have the perfect vacation Very convenient to stores,boat rentals,food,entertainment... My Grandson 6 yrs old, as well as all the adults had the best time! The owners are amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience in their home. Any questions they answer you promptly.. Great house, great location, great hosts!

First, I must say how wonderful it was to work with the hosts! The communication was superb, and they were extremely friendly! They were also super helpful and very responsive with any questions I had. We had a small get together for a family member's birthday and the house, location and accommodations were quite perfect! We enjoyed hanging out and talking on the back porch looking out at the lake. I highly recommend this place for your next stay near Winnisquam Lake! The house is spacious and equipped with all the amenities and comforts you'll need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It is close to restaurants and shopping. I'd definitely stay here again!

Prefect Thanksgiving

We booked this beautiful home by the water to have a Thanksgiving trip and relax for a few days. This charming house has lots of character and plenty of room for the 9 of us. The bunk room housed the 3 teens, and the single queen was a great spot for the 7/8 olds to play and sleep. The parents stayed in the two other bedrooms. The master bedroom was spacious and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to host Thanksgiving dinner. The dinning room was perfect for all 9 of us to have dinners. The living room was very cozy with the gas fireplace going. Thanks for a great spot, and many memories!

Beautiful accommodations

Many amenities were provided and not expected so we brought our own. Everything ever needed was there. There are too many to list but here are a few: condiments, coffee for the Keurig, creamer, medicine such as Tums and Advil. The house was clean and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We had instant communications with the owners for any questions we had.

Perfect getaway

We came for a family wedding and this house and location was perfect for us, a family of 5. Plenty of space for larger groups too. The house was loaded with extras: coffee, tea, condiments, toilet paper, paper towels....pretty much everything. The view from the porch was beautiful, however the road is very busy. We would recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely Amazing

What an amazing stay for my family of 8 and few of their friends. The location was perfect and housing accommodations were fantastic. The owners checked in throughout the week to make sure things were ok and we had everything. They even took us on the boat for a day and the kids got to tub and hang at the sand bar. This was our best rental experience yet as we do this annually. We will absolutely be back next year for two weeks in the summer.

Great family vacation house!

Perfect location close to Winnisquam lake. Lots of space, plenty of comfortable beds, blankets and pillows, and a good supply of coffee! Easy to get in the house and operate the thermostat. Greatly appreciated the ample cleaning and laundry supplies too! Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend.

Long overdue family vacation

We rented this house for a family vacation. The house was close to many restaurants and shops. The house was wonderful! There was plenty of space for all 8 of us, the kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed eating meals at both the breakfast counter and the dining room table. Our favorite feature of the house was definitely the back porch that looks out at the lake. We spent most of our time out here! Shlomi and Marcela were amazing hosts and responded as soon as possible whenever we had questions. We loved hanging out at the lake, swimming in the shallow area, jumping off the dock and kayaking. We had such an amazing time and we're sad when we had to leave. We definitely recommend this house!

The House on Lake Winnisquam -

What a great time my family had staying at this property - it begins with outstanding communications from Shlomi, timely, helpful, between the time we rented the property up to and including our stay. What a plus to ease one's mind. The house, has character - large enuff for our family of 9 and we could have also hosted several more folks. The rooms were well appointed, stocked with pillows, extra blankets and sheets. The kitchen - well we walked into this home and low and behold there was breakfast bars,, keurig coffee moker and all the "cups" you could use in 9 days, and condiments in the fridge. Washer and dryer was used heavily and low and behold there was softner, detergent, etc! TV room, large t.v. plenty of couch space and toys for the kids to play with (even adults). Bathrooms upstairs had plenty of towels, etc. Water was hot on demand and never ending. The 1/2 bath downstairs was equal to the task, although no shower - adjacent to the kitchen was a store room and table, with the clothes washer/dryer in another room - Stay was totally enjoyable. Sholmi came over to introduce himself and ensure we were all ok - the VIEW from the back porch which became our hand-out space, was awesome of the lake. We just enjoyed our time and stay and I hope when you read this, you'l;l consider this home away from home, a place you want to come to.
