Maison de vacances de Winnipesaukee pour toute la famille avec plage privée et quai

Le meilleur emplacement sur le lac! En bateau, vous êtes à moins de 30 minutes de chaque quai de la ville. Un trajet en bateau de 5 minutes ou 3 miles en voiture de la plage de déversoirs. La maison a beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille et quelques amis. Avec 68 pieds de plage de sable fin, des vues à couper le souffle et un quai pour votre bateau, la propriété ne vous décevra pas. En hiver, vous êtes à 12 minutes de Gun stock pour le ski ou vous pouvez conduire des motoneiges au Canada. La maison dispose de 3 chambres et d'un grenier. La maison peut accueillir 21 personnes dans des lits. Les enfants sont les bienvenus. La maison très proche de l'eau et à quelques pas de l'eau et de la plage. Profitez de s'asseoir sur la terrasse couverte à quelques pas de l'eau. Il a également une cour latérale idéale pour les jeux de pelouse et juste pour sortir.

Réservations prises pour l'automne / hiver / printemps. Doit réserver au moins deux nuits. Permettra l'enregistrement anticipé le vendredi et le départ tardif le dimanche afin que vous bénéficiez de 3 jours complets.

Les réservations d'été sont réservées du vendredi au vendredi. Nous ne réservons que 2 semaines d'été, veuillez donc agir rapidement.

What a great location right on the Lake yet close to anything you need in Gilford. Six kids loved the beach and dock so much, we decided to skip Santa’s Village a day and take the M/V Mount Washington from Weirs Beach to Wolfeboro instead. Plenty of space, bedding, etc. for 3 generations to stay there. Host was amazingly quick with responses to questions!

This is the fourth time we stayed at this home and we had a wonderful week. Things were clean and the property well kept. Also the owner was receptive and quick to respond to any questions we had. The vacation was perfect and the lake front beach was enjoyed by all!

Another great year!

This was our third time staying at this property and it was wonderful as always. There were plenty of beds for people to sleep comfortably. The beach was beautiful. The first floor having a bedroom , bathroom, and kitchen was great for our family member with mobility issues. The neighbors were also super nice. We will definitely be booking again.

Great Vacation

This was our second time staying at this property and it was perfect. We traveled with a group with a baby under the age of one and the space was perfect and very accommodating for everyone. Plenty of activities to do, and very friendly host.

The beach was beautiful

The nicest thing I can say is that the beach was beautiful. We were so happy to be with family again that we had a great time but I would never stay in this house again.

I am not sure of the issue?? I never received a phone call, text, or e-mail stating any concerns. I reached out to your son, who I worked with to book the property, and he said he had a great week with NO issues. I am very reasonable, and a fair person and would have addressed your concerns. I personally have rented several times through VRBO, and I go above and beyond the average homeowner to provide the best service possible at a fair price compared to others on the lake. I think prior to leaving such a review you should at least contact the homeowner and let them know your concerns. All the other reviews speak for themselves.

Perfect weekend on the water with friends

We really enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk outside and go to the water on those 90 degree days were ideal. We also enjoyed being able to dock our boats and jet-ski with ease. The inside was great with most guests being able to stay in a bedroom and the three refrigerators and other kitchen amenities made it easy for us to cook and store all of our food and drinks.

Amazing Time On The Lake

Had a great week with the family. Kids swam daily at the private beach on our doorstep. Owner gave access to kayaks and all beach toys. Located close to restaurants and activities. There are 12 of us and the house was plenty big for all 3 families.

Perfect place for a large family get together!! Beautiful in the fall but would love to come back in the summer! Amazing spot on the lake! Spacious and clean! Great for the whole family!

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. The whole family was able to stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful time playing on the beach and in the water. We couldn’t get over how big the house was and really enjoyed having multiple kitchens and bathrooms. We highly recommend this property!

Awesome Location!

Fantastic location! Nice beach and dock arrangement. Terrific lake access if you have a boat. We launched at Fay's marina and it was a short trip over to the house. This place is huge-tons of beds and everyone reported that their beds as comfortable. Parking was easy. We parked a boat trailer and three cars and had plenty of room.

An Amazing Time

The location of the property was absolutely perfect. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, paddling in the bay, and playing in the water. We caught two small-mouth bass and watched the sunrise from a morning paddleboard session. Although the interior layout was not what we expected, there was plenty of room for everyone, and we all had a blast.

Another Amazing Stay On The Lake

Perfect place for adults and children. Plenty of room for our entire family and owners have done a great with the property. The living space is very comfortable. Easy access to the private beach and the dock was great for fishing for me and my grandsons. Very clean inside and out. Kids and adults spent lots of time in the water and no need to keep running out unless you want to. 3 generations of my family vacation here and can’t wait to come back.

Winniderby Headquarters

For the second year in a row, a group of our family/friends stayed at Michaels property for the Winniderby fishing tournament and we were not disappointed. The place is perfect for enjoying the lake and the entire area. It has plenty of beds, kitchen space and room to spread out. It also has everything you need for a group retreat and great access to the lake. Kudos to Michael and his family for letting us enjoy another successful fishing weekend. Our entire group was super impressed by the accommodations and thankful for the opportunity to enjoy a stress-free trip. .
