Treetop Getaway, 2 bed, 2 bath at Mountain Harbor on Lake Ouachita

You’ve just found the perfect getaway at pristine Lake Ouachita in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located at Mountain Harbor resort. We are excited to share this wonderful home away from home with you. The "Treetop Getaway" is just walking distance or a short drive to the lake shore. Nearby you will find 2 swimming pools, a beach, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball, playgrounds and lots of trails for walking, mountain biking and ATV riding. The lodge has a great restaurant. At the marina, you can rent boats, kayaks, paddle boards and canoes. If you are bringing your own boat, you can rent boat slips by the day through the resort. Fishing guides are also available. Horseback riding or a carriage ride with the Mountain Harbor Riding Stables is one of our favorite activities. Don't miss out on watching the deer roam from the back deck.

A door in the hallway leading to the 2nd bedroom & hall bathroom can be closed for privacy between the bedroom and bathroom allowing for 2 suites.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, cooking basics & spices, wine glasses, toaster, blender, Air fryer, mixer, drip coffeemaker, coffee, sweetener.

Indoor Living: Smart TV in the living room with WiFi, TV's in both bedrooms, sofa, loveseat & recliner, vaulted ceiling, stone wood burning fireplace, dining table for 4, breakfast bar seating for 3.
Outdoor Living: Covered deck, outdoor dining table, propane grill, wooded view (don't miss all the deer).

Items provided: Towels/linens, washer & dryer, ceiling fans, keyless entry, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish liquid, dishwasher tabs, soap & hand soap.

Note: this is a upper unit but there is a flight of stairs down to the walkway to the unit. (16 stairs to be exact)

This is a beautiful cabin in the trees. It was great for our family with the two bedrooms. The condo is super clean. I should have done more research and brought more food to cook there. We ended up eating almost every meal at the restaurant (which was great food, but slow service). This is a great place to get away and relax.

AMAZING!

Everything was so enjoyable! The cabin was excellent! The hostesses were great! The quietness was what we needed! Our stay was short but the kids were able to enjoy pool a couple hours. Yesterday it rained so a lil downtime playing games and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

A sweet getaway weekend!

My husband, two boys, and parents stayed at this condo for the weekend and had a wonderful time! Our boys loved the bunk beds, games, and access to the pool. This place truly has everything! We were a short drive to Mountain Harbor Lodge and Shangri-La for breakfast and dinner. The condo was clean, fully stocked of all necessities, and so cozy. We can’t wait to come back!!

Everything you need

What great hosts! The condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. One of the pools is so close and almost visible from the deck, so it was an easy evening activity.We loved exploring the area but mostly just spent time relaxing on the patio. Thanks for the great stay!

A few days in the trees!

This cozy, well appointed condo was a perfect landing spot on a busy weekend! A beautifully equipped kitchen, plenty of comfy seating, a deck with table, chairs and a gas grill, along with bedding for 6 make it a repeat destination! The snacks were a nice added touch and an ice maker was a real plus!.

Family Reunion success

This was a really lovely condo to stay in with our family of five. We came for our annual family reunion and really enjoyed our stay. The condo has a great view of the forest. We got to see deer daily and the real treat was all the baby deer that walk right by there. Everything was clean! Bonus was all the extra supplies they have stocked for the things we forgot.

We had a great time. Loved it. I got the air mattress out to blow up for my granddaughter to sleep on. We plugged it in and everything like we should have, but it never would if it would light up and everything, but it would never blow air into it. Nice play to stay in the woods by the lake

We greatly enjoyed the condo. It was exceptional with all the accessories available. The only problem was that the barbecue needs repair. It didn't get over 200 degrees. All in all, we highly recommend this place.

2024 Eclipse at Mountain Harbor!

We had the best stay at TreeTop Getaway recently as we traveled to Mtn. Harbor to view the April 8th Eclipse. The updated condo was beautifully appointed, cozy, and inviting. We enjoyed the deck with the peaceful view and ate outside after grilling on the gas grill and enjoyed to fabulous temps! Emily and MK were wonderful hosts and were great about communication. We have been visiting Mtn Harbor for 30 years, and this condo was definitely one of my absolute favorites that we have stayed in! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a lovely place to stay! We would love to come back and stay again another time!

The Young and Weindorf families live in Little Rock, AR. We share the love for Mountain Harbor and spend most weekends together on the water, riding on the trails and cooking out. Mountain Harbor has been a "home away from home" for both of our families and we enjoying being here all year long.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

In the summer of 2020 we decided to purchase this condo as a rental together so that we could share this beautiful place with travelers from all over. We spend most of our weekends at Mountain Harbor, therefore we are usually close by if you ever need anything. In addition to the lake, some of our other favorite memories at Mountain Harbor include the 4th of July parade, The Easter Egg hunt and Sunrise Service, The Christmas lighting ceremony with Mr. & Mrs. Clause the weekend after Thanksgiving, hiking, ATV riding and horseback riding with John at the Stables. There are so many things to do at and around Mountain Harbor during all the seasons.

We love this property because of the peaceful wooded view and all the deer that roam by. We love that it is a upper level unit with vaulted ceilings and on a corner allowing for extra windows.
