Treetop Condo at Mtn Harbor

You've just found a freshly remodeled and updated condo on Lake Ouachita with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths located at Mountain Harbor Resort. The condo is a short walk to lake shore, a quick drive to boat ramp with trailer parking available adjacent to the condo.

Mountain Harbor resort amenities are available. These include:
Lodge restaurant
Marina, where boat, kayak, paddle boards can be rented
Turtle cove spa
Mountain Harbor riding stables
Guided fishing tours
Swimming pools
Tennis courts
The space
The condo:
It’s well equipped with all the comforts and amenities of home. You’ll have everything you need to have a wonderful stay!
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Wi-Fi throughout.
Bedroom #1: Queen size bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub style shower.
Bedroom #2: 2 Twin over Full bunk beds, flat screen TV, private bathroom room with walk-in shower.

Kitchen: Well equipped with cooking basics, wine glasses, blender, coffee makers (Keurig and drip), toaster, hand mixer.

Indoor: All bedrooms and living area have Smart Tv with Netflix and Amazon prime access. Living room has large electric reclining couch, over sized chair, wood burning fire place. For meals, the dining table has room for 6 and the breakfast bar has stools for 4 more.

Outdoor: Covered back deck with small outdoor table for 2, sitting area with couch, 2 chairs, 2 over sized chairs ideal for relaxing. To keep cool during the summer, the deck has 2 ceiling mounted fans. A PK charcoal grill is provided to make your favorites.

Items provided; Towels/linens, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, keyless entry, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, soap and hand soap. We also have ground coffee, Kcups, and sugar.

Note: This is a lower unit that has no stairs needed to access the unit. A great plus!
Guest access
The entire condo along with 3 local pools, tennis courts, basketball, nearby play areas and nearby beach area will be available to guest.
Other things to note
The condo has 3 pools that guest can use during there stay. 2 tennis court are available to use. Pickle ball can be played as well!!

Family vacation with 6 adults and 2 kiddos was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room and we loved how quiet it was and sitting on the back porch was so relaxing. My mom is 82 and this bottom floor unit with a ramp was very accommodating for her needs. We will definitely go back!!

Beautiful Condo. Just as pictured. Looked like new, comfortable furniture. Very quiet. We'd stay there again. For those of us who cook, could use cooking oil and more pots & pans.

Great place!

Spacious and nice spot, so close to the lake. Was in town for the LOViT 100 miler and it's almost at the start / finish line. Also convenient for crew as it's close to aid stations. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Condo on the Best Lake

I’ll start by saying my husband and I come to this lake every summer and love the Mountain Harbor community. We have rented every condo under the sun, so we have a lot of experience and set expectations for what makes a good stay. With that said, this condo met all of our expectations, was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. My family and I have our own boat and we bring a side by side. There is overflow parking right across the street for our trailers and two parking spots for this condo. (Which is also rare, most come with one) We we’re traveling with a one year old, a four year old and a GiGi. Plenty of room for the entire family. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating, great outside porch as well. We usually make a grocery trip before so we don’t have to leave the condo. We cook a lot of meals. This kitchen had everything we needed for all the different food that we made. Not once did I not have something that I needed which was great. There is also a grill outside which we used as well. We loved the coffee bar which had both a Keriug and a regular coffee pot. We had access to some cleaning supplies, a broom and vacuum which I am thankful for because two kids and also we are clean freaks so it made me happy to be able to tidy up every day. Overall, we would love to come back and stay in this location again. We were truly satisfied with every part of our stay. Thank you Chris for opening your home to us. We had such a great vacation and made good memories.

Great place

We loved the apartment and were pleasantly surprised by the size--much bigger than expected. We loved the balcony overlooking the wooded area. It was a great spot to see some deer in the morning and fireflies at night. The location within the resort was also ideal. Very quiet. Easily accessible.
