This 2-bedroom, 2-bath end unit on the 2nd floor is a quiet retreat with incredible views. A wrap-around deck with comfortable seating has amazing South Beach views of the Calibogue Sound and Daufuskie Island. The living room and dining room are open and well-appointed with a coastal living theme. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with beautiful cabinets and tile. Both bedrooms have a private bath and are spacious and comfortable with wonderful island views. The master bedroom has a private balcony with 2 rocking chairs. This villa is the perfect island retreat and only a few sandy steps to the beach.

In addition to an on-site swimming pool and resident grilling area, you are within walking distance to South Beach Marina Village, filled with endless recreation, dining, and shopping.

This was our third time staying at Beachside Tennis Villas, and our second time at this villa. The villa was squeaky clean and very nicely decorated. The view was amazing and the beach was a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed this location and look forward to our next visit.

Spectacular Views in South Beach

Incredible views from this 2nd floor, corner unit. Super easy parking and there is an elevator, but there’s also a stairwell from the parking lot to the unit. Easy access to beach, trolley stop, salty dog and pickleball courts. Plus there are about 9 deer right outside every morning and evening. Immaculately clean and very nice remodeling done inside unit. Perfect stay for my family.

Relaxing Vacation

This 2nd floor unit is beautifully appointed with great balcony views of Calibogue Sound and Daufuskie Island. The South Beach location is quiet and peaceful with great walking paths. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Only a short drive to leave Sea Pines to visit other shopping and dining areas. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this property and will likely rent this same unit next year. The washing machine had a minor mold issue, but we were able to purchase some additional cleaning products to resolve it.

The condo is absolute perfection. We stay at many vacation condos and this was definitely first class. Beach view, beach access, bikes as part of rental, clean. We hated to leave. Checin and out was very efficient and property managers were very attentive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect HHI vacation

The place was perfectly described. Villa is perfectly located near South Beach and The Salty Dog complex. The beach at the Villa was clean, easily accessible, and not at all crowded. The credit for bike and back great rental was a pleasant surprise. Having the bikes made getting around Sea Pines Simple and peaceful. The Villa was very clean, well stocked with anything needed, and actually larger than we expected. Thank you for a great week!

Fantastic Location in South Beach

We’ve staying in this condo (4 or more times) over many years, but this is first time back since Covid. The new owner has updated the unit very nicely, and the building has recently been painted and looks great. In October the nights are cool and you can leave the windows open to enjoy the sound of the surf. As a second floor unit on a corner, it’s bright and the perfect height to look out towards the ocean. Location and view are 2 of the best things about this condo. We’ll be back again in the future. Unlike some other VRBO’s, this unit is ‘clean’ - as in no spices, no condiments, nothing left from previous visitors. This is no problem, but be aware if you frequently rent other units that come with perishables. On the flip side, this unit is very well equipped with utensils, plates, glass ware etc. The dish washer is whisper quiet. Full size washer/dryer works great. We would recommend this condo to other without reservation. GREAT Condo.

The best we've stayed at

We really enjoyed this unit and we have stayed at at least 6 different units in the same neighborhood over the years. The unit was updated and clean. I was especially happy to see a well stocked kitchen, especially since I did some cooking for the Thanksgiving weekend. Would love to stay here again. The location on the second floor still gave us a good view of the beach. We play tennis, a lot, so the proximity to the South Beach tennis facility is one of the main reasons we stay in this vicinity. The management company responded promptly to a thermostat issue within the first 2 hours of our report.

Great time in Hilton Head

I have rented many properties over the years through VRBO and this was without doubt the best experience. First, the property location and decorating far exceeded our expectations. The property was beautifully appointed and very well thought out. We wanted for nothing. Second, was the property management company, Vacation Company. They were wonderful to work with and answered all our questions immediately and were very helpful.
