Welcome to this Key Largo vacation rental located inside Key Largo Kampground & Marina. This home offers a practical home base for families or small groups, with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and access to campground amenities.

Inside, guests will find a stocked kitchen, open living area, Smart TV, free WiFi, air conditioning, and essentials for an easy stay. Outside, the private waterfront tiki hut area offers a casual spot to relax after exploring Key Largo.

Key Largo Kampground & Marina is a private gated community set on a tropical 40-acre property at Mile Marker 101.5 oceanside, about a quarter mile off U.S. 1.

Community amenities include: heated swimming pool - two private beach areas - boat slips by reservation only - boat ramp - fish cleaning station - marina access - beach volleyball - playground - basketball court - shuffleboard court - horseshoe court - picnic areas - laundry facilities - ice machine.

🚤 BOAT + VESSEL INFORMATION

-Parking is limited to 2 vehicles total, including boat trailers.

-Guests bringing a boat must provide boat registration, trailer registration, and proof of insurance within 24 hours of booking.

-Boat slips may be available through Key Largo Kampground and are subject to availability, size restrictions, fees, and campground approval.

-Maximum boat size: 25' x 8.5' x 2.5'. Jet skis and wave runners are not allowed in the campground. Public boat slip daily rates are approximately $40–$47 plus tax, and a one-time boat ramp fee of $25 may apply.

-All guests must sign our rental agreement as required by Florida law.
-Minimum rental age is 25. A valid photo ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided before arrival.
-Pets are allowed at this property with a pet fee of $150/pet. Requires approval- no aggressive dog breeds.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home or on the property.
-No parties or events are permitted. Unauthorized guests on the property may result in additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide starter supplies including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate the home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

⚠️ IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

-Minimum booking age is 25. A valid photo ID is required after booking.

-A Rental and Guest Registration Form must be submitted at least 24 hours before arrival. Failure to submit on time may result in denied entry and a $25 service fee.

-Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Key Largo Kampground office. No check-ins are permitted after 10:00 PM.

-All renters and guests must check in at the Key Largo Kampground office with a Reservation Specialist. A photo ID is required, and the name must match the registration form.

-At check-in, guests will receive a gate card, parking pass, campground map, and Rules & Regulations packet. A refundable $50 gate card deposit is required and will be returned when the card is returned at check-out.
