Enjoy a little piece of paradise! Townhouse is located in Kawama Yacht Club, a private oceanfront community, in the center of Key Largo. The property’s amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a saltwater lagoon with tropical fish and a beach area, private marina with free boat ramp, trailer parking, outdoor barbeque areas, tennis and pickle ball courts, and children’s playground.

Kawama is located just a few miles from John Pennekamp State Park for access to world class diving, kayaking, and snorkeling. Also, located near are Fishing/Snorkeling charters and swimming with dolphins attraction, Dolphin Plus.

There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. Some restaurants are even walking distance, such as Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House.

The townhouse was renovated in 2020. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a bunkbed that is twin over full and also has a twin trundle. The unit has a front porch area with seating and a barbeque. The back of the unit has a screened-in seating area and is just steps from the north pool and lagoon.

Boating: If you plan to bring your vessel you will need to provide proof of liability insurance to the guard at the entrance.

Everything was great. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and well equipped. The homes outdoor spaces were great and the surrounding community is beautiful and comfortable. Great place to stay!

Clean and comfortable, great location

The property was exactly as depicted. It was clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the stocked basics (laundry detergent, toilet paper, basic spices, coffee) and the fact that the kitchen has everything you need. The location by the lagoon is nice and the supplied bikes were wonderful for getting to the water. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place

Seems to be newly renovated, a couple minor glitches, but very nice. Long walk to the marina/beach, but well worth it, especially at sunset. Don’t miss the Key Largo Fisheries just down the road, great food by the marina!

Spring Break For 14 Year Old Boy/Girl Twins

A lovely, clean, well-maintained and quiet complex tucked away from the main roads, yet close enough to everything needed. Our kids enjoyed the pools, lagoon and fishing. The unit was very inviting and fully equipped - we especially loved the air fryer and grill! Definitely recommend to others looking to please teenagers.

Amazing - you’ll love it!

This place is in short - just lovely. Lots of space - well equipped kitchen and the resort has the amenities you are looking for. Key largo is a great place and you don’t want to miss a sunrise! The pool is literally out the door and the lagoon was a lot of fun! The beach wasn’t much but the views were endless. This place is great - the host is a great communicator - it’s spacious - and we loved our time in key largo!

Relaxing Stay in Key Largo Paradise

Enjoyed a wonderful stay in this condo. Location was perfect - near many restaurants and stores, many within walking distance. Loved the 2 pools - they were heated to a comfortable temperature, so that we were able to enjoy a day of swimming and sunning, even though the temperatures were in the lower 70's. Very short walk through the beautiful paths along the lagoon to the ocean. So many places to sit and enjoy the ocean along the beach here - and we were able to see both the sunrise and sunset! Condo was well-appointed, with all that was needed to have a comfortable stay.

Great stay!!

This was our first time staying in the Kawama community and after this trip we will definitely be back! The townhouse was very clean with a very well stocked kitchen. Just steps away from the lagoon and pool right out the back porch where you can snorkel or just relax by the pool. The beds were very comfortable and our son loved the bunk beds. We went fishing one of our days there and we were able to bring our great catch back to the house for an awesome meal. We also rented a golf cart and loved riding around the community, especially going out to the jetty. We had a total of 5 people (4 adults and 1 child) staying and everyone was very comfortable. We are already trying to plan our next trip!
