The home will comfortably sleep 14 people and the bed and room set up is

First floor primary bedroom one king, attached full bath

Basement has BR5 with four more twins (2 bunk beds) and a queen pullout couch, full bath.



The kitchen is well stocked for 14 people and features newer stainless steel appliances (stove and microwave being replaced). The coffee maker is a combination K-Cup/Drip. Other appliances include a blender, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid mixer, brand new knives. The dining room and kitchen will seat 10-12 comfortably. There is also a half bath nearby.

The living room has new furniture coming. There are 7 TVs with a cable package and internet access. Please bring your passwords.

The basement doubles as an additional living room and includes games.
