The property was beautiful and had everything we needed and things we never even thought of. The hosts were very responsive when we had a couple questions and even left us a welcome package with some treats. I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Kathy and Victor’s vacation house. It felt like a home away from home. They tried to think of everything to make their guests comfortable. The house was well stocked from kitchen to bathrooms to beach comforts. The hot tub was a great addition. They added many niceties. They even had a welcome gift. Kathy and Victor responded quickly to any questions. They are superior hosts. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Kathy and Victor!

The home was furnished wonderfully, well supplied with ample dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils for our group of 9 . Our hosts were accessible, and helpful in navigating the area’s options for beach access and restaurants, etc. The ping pong table was perfect for a rainy day, and the fire pit was our gathering place after dinner several nights. Pool, basketball court, and shuffleboard were nice community amenities. Great home 10 out of 10 !

Kathy and Victor are simply wonderful hosts and so prompt to help with any questions or concerns you might have. The house is beautiful and our three generation family of 15 all have plenty of room to space out. The hot tub is large and to us such a bonus to have, as well as the amazing fenced in backyard with the fire pit and all the outdoor furniture. This was our second year staying here and a highlight was completing a 1,000 piece puzzle which we signed and will be hung on the wall there! We hope to return again, as we love this house!

Beautiful property, walking distance to the pool, tennis court and golf course. Just minutes away from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Property is large enough for everyone to have their own space and to get together for gatherings and meals. Would definitely recommend to bring golf clubs, beautiful, challenging par 3 course. The host was accessible and responded promptly when we needed guidance. Loved it!!!

You must get this house. It was incredible. We got stuck with bad weather on our trip and it was the perfect house - games, puzzles, hot tub, grilling. The neighborhood was awesome as well - neighbors were friendly and lots of dogs to pet! My friends and I raved the entire trip about the house and we plan to come back.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. It comes with so many extra's. The back yard is big and wonderfully supplied with a hot tub, fire pit, lots of seating spaces as well as a table. Bikes, outdoor shower, etc.The kitchen has everything you could wish for, including lots of space for prepping and seating. The pool, golf course, playground is close by. Just a wonderful place. My family and I have stayed there twice now and hope to return next year. We couldn't have been happier anywhere else. There were 11 adults and 4 children under 7.

Perfect Three Generation Vacation

Our three generation family totally 15 loved this house and community. The house is very spacious and allowed all to have their own spaces. You have everything you could possibly need provided for you. The house is in pristine condition and the owners are so quick to respond to any questions you have. The hot tub was a huge bonus. This home was a wonderful place for our large family to gather. Both the inside and outside areas allowed for a multitude of options for gathering groups of all sizes. The house itself was clean and very comfortable, even for our group of 9 adults and 8 children. The house amenities like the bikes, hot tub, and games were a huge hit. The golf, pool, and community games were extremely close as well. The homeowners were helpful and responsive to requests, both before and during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

By far the best rental we have ever stayed in, and we have been vacationing in rental homes for several, several years. Superbly clean and pristine home with all the amenities you could ask for. Felt literally like home away from home. Could have stayed there forever! Owners kept in contact with us as needed. Overall superb experience.

Wonderful and Relaxing stay!

We had such a great family vacation thanks to Kathy and her beautiful home. There are so many places to relax so you don’t feel on top of one another. We really enjoyed playing games in the sun room, the hot tub was such a bonus, the beds were comfortable, there was so much in the house we didn’t need to pack a ton of extras! The walk to the pool was convenient and it was amazing to have passes included. When a couple little things popped up, Kathy took care of them super fast. Would highly recommend!

We had a two week stay, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time there. Our first week consisted mainly of adult friends who spent a lot of time in the hot tub and playing cards in the “poker room”, (aka the sun room). Week two was family - bike riding, boogie boarding, golf, board games and beach time. The house is beautiful and immaculate. Our hosts were very responsive- we had no issues there. It’s an ideal setup for large families.
No complaints here! 😊

Perfect Beach Getaway

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay with family at this beautiful home. The house had plenty of room for us, our children and their kids to spread out, and the deck and patio areas allowed for great places to eat and relax. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, but also enjoyed kayaking, fishing and playing games in the backyard. We appreciated the inclusion of passes to use the indoor pool, although we didn’t find the time this trip! We will surely be back again! Thanks Victor and Kathy for making sure everything was perfect!

What a beautiful beach home!

The house was just perfect for our family! Fully equipped and then some! Lovely outdoor spaces which were perfect for al fresco dining, complete with hot tub! Spacious living areas on 3 levels. The home was immaculate when we arrived. But what set this home apart was the attention paid to us by the owners. So efficient, friendly, and responsive! I highly recommend this home!! And I will definitely return.

We had a wonderful week! 4 generations of our family stayed here. The house was great. So much space for all of us, we had room at the table to cook and eat in and play cards together, we spent time playing pickleball and tennis at the clubhouse, we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit back at the house. Everything we needed was there, in great condition. This house is well taken care of and a we had the best time making memories together. Fantastic location too, short drive to the beach, 15 min to Dewey/Rehoboth. Half hour to Ocean City Md.

A perfect getaway

We had such a nice time in Bethany. The house was pristine and the neighborhood was warm and friendly. We had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds, jacuzzi was a plus, and the pool, fitness center, pickleball and kayaking kept us busy and entertained. Oh and we loved playing ping pong. We even loved the outlets and downtown Bethany on a rainy day. Kathy and Victor communicated quickly and answered any questions we had. Everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. We already booked for next year. LOVE salt pond!

Beautiful Beach House!

Victor and Kathy are very responsive hosts and answered all of our questions. When we first entered their home, my thought was, “Wow, the home is so much better than the pictures!” Our family enjoyed the spacious home and community activities (including pickleball, shuffleboard, basketball, and a round of golf). After long, hot days, it was wonderful to return to the comfortable home with lots of spaces for our entire family! Board games, puzzles, and the occasional ping pong challenge were family favorites in the evenings. Their home is perfectly situated for easy access to any of the local beaches and other activities! We had an amazing week and know you will too!
