We do want to note that while we manage individual units, the building maintenance—including elevator operations—is handled by the HOA. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and overall feel of the place, but we're truly sorry to learn that parts of your stay fell short of expectations. While the major construction is now well past the condo, we understand how frustrating it must have been to have the cement mixer running nearby during your visit. We’ve been in close contact with the construction team, and the good news is that construction in the immediate vicinity has since moved on. Also, we’re excited to share that both the elevator and pool will be fully operational very soon, enhancing future guests experience significantly. Regarding the supplies and maintenance issues you mentioned, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We typically stock starter amounts of essentials, but we understand how this could be inconvenient for longer stays. We value your input as it genuinely helps us improve and we hope you'll consider staying with us again to experience the upgrades firsthand.

The HOA of the building has informed us that both elevators will undergo a modernization this off season to ensure mechanical failure does not happen moving forward.
