I wanted to like it!

Let me start by saying I have spoken to the management company and they have been very responsive and validated my concerns. I do feel that they are truly going to look into my concerns regarding the lingering smell in the master bedroom. There’s no other way to describe it other than to say it smelled of urine. Also, I concur with other reviewers that there was a smoky smell in the room. I’m no expert but it’s almost like it’s in the vents. The management company was very responsive snd came back and cleaned but the smell still lingered. Finally, whomever lists this on VRBO should qualify the occupancy status. From the pictures, I thought my 14 and 9 year old could sleep there. However NO ONE over 5 feet tall can sleep in those beds. And toward that end, the master and bunk beds were very uncomfortable. Hopefully all of this can be rectified.

Perfect for Family Vacation

We had an amazing time and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely decorated and very cozy. The only complaint we have is it did smell of cigarette smoke when you walked in but that could have been from someone in the next room or someone on the balcony. It was our first vacation as a family and there was plenty of room in the bedroom to place our pack and play for our almost 2 year old to sleep. Definitely would recommend to other families! Great atmosphere and very clean. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely condo

Beautiful property! Had a couple of issues though, the smell of cigarette smoke when we got into the condo. I have asthma so it was bothersome until a couple days later when it aired out. Found a towel behind a couch cushion. Also my husband got trapped in the elevator for 40 minutes a couple days before we left and had to call firefighters to get him out. Imagine having to use the stairs from the 6th floor due to broken elevator. You can hear everything from outside the condo. Loud slamming doors and people talking. The condo itself was well stocked and beautifully decorated though!

Beach vacay success

The property is perfectly located on a beautiful section of the beach and has a couple good places to eat within walking distance, or a short drive. The view from the balcony was magical. It was extremely convenient to pull up and go straight into our room. We loved the convenience of having a washer/dryer for multiple reasons. We were able to not only wash our beach clothes and towels each day to keep from having them piled up, but we also washed our clothes each day so we didn't bring home a bunch of dirty clothes home. There were enough comfy throw blankets for us to snuggle in during down time. The downfalls were mostly minor. If you bring enough people to NEED the top bunk bed, you will likely be disappointed as the rails are the same height as the mattress and provide no security against a fall. The property is listed as family friendly, but if you have young children you should make note that the dining area seating is white cloth. Also, make sure you bring toilet paper if you are staying more than a day or 2. Only one roll is provided. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and wouldn't count this property out for another trip.

Management very friendly and accommodating. Easy access to beach. very clean condo. always answered questions promptly. I would stay here again.
