I have stayed in a lot of different condos on the beach. I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It was very cute and cozy inside. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. It has been updated and is tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and they have dark curtains in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen has everything you need including cleaning supplies and extra trash bags. Also, most places don't have any cabinets to put pantry items in, but they have an empty corner cabinet, so that was nice. The view off the balcony is beautiful with it being beachfront. All in all it is a great place to stay and we plan on coming back again!

It was very clean and everything worked. The space was a little tight, but fine for two people. Would’ve stayed another week but it was booked. Of course the beach was fabulous.

Great beach vacation

We couldn't have been any happier with the condo. Everything we could have want or needed was inside for us to use. The space was perfect. We loved the balcony and the wonderful beach view!

The condo was very clean and stocked with some essentials like dish soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags. It felt very homey and has a beautiful view! While the bunk beds are more well suited for smaller children (10 years old or younger) and are smaller than twin size, we still had enough sleeping space for our family with the two older kids in the living room. The view is fantastic! We saw dolphins every morning of our stay. We also love the location, the pool, beach access. It was awesome that the owner sent us the info we needed for arrival well ahead of time in case we had questions. Will definitely be back.

Cute, Quiet & Clean Property!

It has everything you will need for a perfect stay! Beds were super comfortable and the condo was definitely one of the cleaner condos I have stayed at. The only negative thing I have to say is the bunk beds in the foyer were smaller than expected. It was perfect for my 8 yr old but my 17 yr old had to use the sofa bed which really wasn’t a big deal. Everyone on grounds were super helpful and polite as well. I would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was spotless when we arrived and was just like the listing pictures. They had everything you would need for your stay including beach chairs and an umbrella. Would definitely recommend this property.

Enjoyed the area, walkable to local "eats", and very safe. Area had all necessary shopping venues and access from condo was so easy. Condo is right on the beach, with a great view from balcony, perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks. Sleeping arrangements were unexpected, the bunk beds were not a true twin, much shorter. Thank goodness for couch bed.otherwise really no complaints. Owners answered our few questions quickly, without hesitation. Thanks again for a great Easter weekend.

A perfect stay at a wonderful place

And just a few words, I will say that this stay met and exceeded my expectations. The Condo was thoughtfully furnished with all of the amenities. One would need on their travels the listing states at all, but what really stood out to me was the attention to detail put into the decor. Lesa was a great host and very responsive as needed, and I would highly recommend this spot, although I don’t want to because I would like it to be available again when I visit!

Not long enough

My mom and I take an annual beach trip together every year. This was our 2nd time in this unit and we have come to love it! Unfortunately our trip got cut short this time due to a family emergency but we are already looking forward to next year! Excellent place to stay and great location!

When we saw the Perdido Skye Condominiums, it felt like a home away from home because it was a low density complex. Also, we loved the fact the Perdido Key area is very family-oriented and peaceful. Perdido Key Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast and because of the low density of this area, there is always plenty of space on the beach all year long.
