Our 6th floor Perdido Skye condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit that comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. It sits directly on the beach and offers breathtaking views of the ocean! The interior was completely renovated in 2021 (following Hurricane Sally) creating a truly chic and comfortable atmosphere.
The master bedroom boasts a comfy, king-sized bed; the bathroom is equipped with a large tub and shower combination and in the hallway are 2 built in bunk beds with their own TV access. You will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and breakfast bar; a large family room that houses an oversized TV; and of course a private balcony where you can dine and unwind!

This condo was just as described . We had a very enjoyable and relaxing trip. Access to the pool and beach was very easy. The balcony was cozy and the view was amazing. This condo was so comfortable we loved it and our stay was perfect.

The view was beautiful! We were looking for a beach with low crowds and this fit the bill. The condo was comfortable for just the 2 of us. Kitchen was nicely furnished. Only downside (and beyond the owner’s control) is the a/c unit is on the balcony. This seriously interrupts the sounds of the ocean. Also, I would have enjoyed ceiling fans in the living and bedrooms. Location is a small drive to most entertainment but that’s the trade off for a quiet beach and less traffic.

Three lifelong friends had a wonderful 4-day stay at Perdido Skye in October to celebrate our 60th birthday. Kelley was wonderful to work with and so helpful with any questions prior to our arrival. The condo was perfect for three adults and the beach weather was amazing!

Wonderful Beach Front Condo

Love this beach front condo. It’s beautifully decorated & comfortable. Great location, away from the crowded beaches. Close to store’s & restaurants. Can’t wait to go back, we highly recommend this condo.

Home away from home

This condo was the perfect get away. It was so homey and clean! We had a great time! Kelley was also so easy to get in touch with if needed. She was pleasant to go through! We would definitely love to stay here again.

Great little condo! .

Great little condo close to multiple restaurants within walking distance. Bunks are perfect for kids under 13 due to the “custom” size. Kids absolutely loved the TVs mounted at the bunks. No problems w this condo and would certainly consider renting again.

Loved Perdido Skye #63!

The condo is furnished so nicely. Also the patio furniture was great. So clean, and plenty of places to hang and store stuff. The owners are so nice and responded quickly. We have stayed at many condos at Perdido Skye and this is by far our favorite! Beautiful weather, wonderful weekend!

Nice Place with Amazing Beach View

Cozy condo that worked well for our family. Kelley was great with communication. Lots of things in kitchen for cooking if you don’t want to eat out all the time. Very convenient to visit Gulf Coast Park as well as Pensacola. We saw the Blue Angels practice…super cool 😎 The only recommendation would be getting rid of the rugs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend for other families.

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Right on the beach! The view was amazing!! Our kids loved the bunk beds! The king bed was very comfortable!! Dave’s snoballs across the road was a nice treat!! My husband said this was the perfect place to stay because we were in the center of everything! Lillian’s pizza was a hit too!! We hope to make this our go to spot for our family vacation!! Best Family Vacation!

We planned a last minute, much needed vacation. Luckily this place had a last minute cancellation the exact days we were looking for and at a great price. It was a sign that this was the place we needed to be and boy was it right!! The location was perfect, so close to everything you could possibly need. Loved the pool and access to the beach! We are not condo people because typically they can be so crowded but that is not the case here. Not overly crowded at all, absolute best experience at a condo. Condo was clean and like I said oh so convenient to everything. Food, snow cones, shopping, pool, beach, you name it and I bet it is either close enough to walk to or just a couple mins drive away. Absolutely would come back and look forward to our next trip to Perdido Key!

Beautiful view for a much needed break!

Had a lovely time staying in the condo. Easy access to and from the parking lot with shopping and restaurants nearby. The Islander, across the street has the best Cuban sandwiches! And of course you can't go wrong with Pedro's Mexican around the bend. The view is what we came for -- doesn't get any better than sitting on the balcony, watching the gorgeous waves roll in. We go to Perdido Key every year and this by far was the most beautiful beach we've enjoyed. Only reason I gave an overall rating of 4 was the front door is hard to open more than halfway -- needs to be adjusted. And I would invest in replacing the rugs or doing a deep clean as they were showing wear and dirt that I assume can not be vacuumed. We did need to wash down the countertops and tables as they didn't look to have been cleaned well before our visit. No reflection on the owners as I assume this is done by the building. The TV in the bedroom needs to be replaced as it did not work but not a deal breaker. The large one in the front room was perfect. All in all, it was a cute place to stay and as stated, the main reason for our visit was to walk the beach and enjoy the awesome ocean from our balcony. Did not disappoint and looking forward to our next vaca in Perdido Key! thank you for sharing your comfy condo.

Thank you for the input Micki. We were unaware of the door issue until you brought it up, already fixed and no annoying rubbing and sticking due to a hinge issue. Also we are in the process of changing out the throw rugs, end of season just was waiting for our arrival to the condo to upgrade. The TV in the bedroom died with the guest before you arrived and again has been replaced when we arrived on Monday this week. Thank you again for allowing us to share our condo and it's comfort with the million dollar view! John
