Lovely Hack’s Point home right by the Bohemia River!

Located in a super quiet neighborhood this home features a spacious living room with huge, comfy sectional that will fit the entire family! The dining room and fully stocked galley kitchen overlook a large deck with a beautiful view to trees and deer. Front road (Farmdale) leads to river access and the back road (Kitty Knight) leads to Long Point Marina. About five miles away from local wineries and about 15 minutes away from shopping and Grotto Pizza in Middletown DE. And just a short boat trip away from lots of fun places in Chesapeake City. Golf cart (available April-October and weather permitting) and access to the community beach are included.

Boat crew

Great accommodations close to available boat dock in stemmere run. This was our second time booking this great beach house with plenty of room for our rigs. Host also has plenty of amenities available for evening entertainment after spending some great adventures on the water.

Moms chill out spot

Bobbi went the extra mile to provide sweet little gifts for our moms weekend away. We loved sitting on the deck, listening to music and watching the deer walk by. Beds are super comfy- great showers! Perfect spot to just get away and enjoy time together! Thanks again!

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would! Beautiful home, nicely decorated, comfy beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen and spotlessly clean! Home is in a quiet neighborhood and the owners have thought of every detail for a pleasent stay! I would definitely stay again!

Awesome property and location. Very clean and comfortable for 3 couples. We had a weekend getaway from Lancaster, only a 1.5 hour drive. Close proximity to the river and bay. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely return.

Perfect Stay!

I stayed at this home this past weekend with a few friends while attending a wedding at a nearby winery. The home was perfect for our short stay and very clean. I would highly recommend. Bobbi was also very responsive and easy to get a hold over before and during our stay if we had any questions.

Beautiful home

This is a very nice home with plenty of space inside for more people than you would think. It was in an area that needs work but they do have lots of trees around to hide the neighbors ugly messes. This shouldn't affect anyone's desire to stay, it's a wonderful home and the hosts are amazing people. They had extras for us for our honeymoon which was unexpected and very kind. No issues with getting in touch with the hosts at any time. The houses interior was impeccable. There were no issues at all, it was neat and comfortable. It looks like a Wayfair add, which I love. I hope anyone who goes takes in the water view right outside the door and a short walk to the water, or take the go cart. We didn't need to use it, but it was there for us if we had needed it.

Mother / daughter weekend

Clean, well-stocked and comfortable house in a cute neighborhood. Very relaxing, close to wineries and Chesapeake City. Make sure to visit the nearby alpaca farm! Would definitely come back with my husband next time.

Summer time getaways

Great beach cottage located in Hacks Point, the typical small community that peppers the bay’s tributaries along the upper Chesapeake. Easy access to rear of property made it easy to park our boats while not in use. Close to Stemmers Run boat ramp which has public access for boaters. Definitely plan on returning!

Hidden treasure

This was an pristine delight, but had great access to the neighborhood, water, and hidden activities around the area. The only flaw was it didn’t appear as good as it was on the advertised pictures. We loved our stay!
