In the kitchen, a practical setup and appliances allow you to prepare meals easily, with a time-saving dishwasher provided for effortless cleanup. Beyond the flat itself, guests enjoy full access to shared complex amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, an equipped gym, and a tennis court.

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.



AMENITIES

-A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed overnight.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.
