Close to Lake of the Ozarks Shootout. Free Boat Slip. Centrally located

Clean, 3 bed/2 bath overlooking beautiful State Park. Walk down one flight of stairs to access condo that is on the same level as pool and boat docks. One of the three pools can be easily seen from the large covered deck, so relax and watch while the kids swim in the pool! Professionally installed whole house stereo. Boat slip and PWC slip available at no additional cost if needed.

One bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and master bath with jetted tub/shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three also has a queen bed with two twin beds (trundle style).

The complex is very centrally located and only minutes from boat ramp and trailer parking, shopping, popular restaurants, and entertainment attractions for both adults and kids (golfing, lake restaurants/bars, putt-putt, go-carts, outlet mall...the list goes on). Fishing can also be excellent without even leaving the complex. Easy to get to, and a short distance off of route 54.

We have stayed here before. The unit is Clean, quite and well stocked. It also comes with a nice boat slip if needed. The complex is well kept. Grass is cut, sidewalks are nicely edged, pools are clean and there is no trash laying around. Maintenance does a great job.Will stay here again

Family Friend Getaway

Two moms, 4 teenaged boys for a getaway before sending them to college! The condo was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of space both inside and out, very well-stocked with all of the essentials, and a perfect location in the heart of LOTO!! The owners were amazing when we had questions. You can tell that the owners took care to make this a great vacation destination. This condo offers great amenities: nice beds, quality linens, great location especially considering the location of the boat dock. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

This property was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable beds, and stocked with helpful extra supplies. The whole house stereo was an unexpected plus and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed the view from the deck and the proximity to good restaurants, hiking and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Family trip to LOZ

Great condo, very clean had all the utensils, dishes, and appliances needed in the kitchen, beds were comfy and there was a closet with extra blankets and pillows. Boat slip was amazing and made the trip so much better. Just make sure if ur brining a boat to head to the marina to drop boat and park trailer before heading to condo....ABSOLUTELY NO WAY UR GETTING A TRAILER IN FRONT IF CONDO!! The host was great gave us great directions on where to put boat in and store the trailer. Great trip, also less than 5 mins from walmart.

We purchased the condo mid 2020 after coming to the lake for many years and enjoying all it has to offer. We love boating, tubing, skiing, swimming, fishing, visiting the local bars/restaurants, and just relaxing lakeside. After staying at many different houses and condo units at various areas of the lake over the years, we chose the one that was our favorite!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The complex really offers something for everyone. Even though you are in the heart of Osage Beach, you feel like you are secluded with the State Park being directly across the cove. It is a quite setting, but still close to everything the lake has to offer.
