Centrally located 5 Bed/4 Bath entire home in an alcove behind University of San Francisco, this house is 2.7 miles (4.3 km) or a 15-minute drive to Union Square and 3.5 mile (5.6 km) or 20-minute drive to Moscone Center.

Easy access with most neighborhoods about a 15-20 minute drive away. Public transportation is a 4-min walk away.

A small city center is also a 4-min walk away, with Target, Starbucks, Chipotle, and Trader Joe’s.

Also close to UCSF Medical Center (2.1 miles or six-minute drive), St. Mary’s Medical Center (1.0 mile or 20-minute walk), and Kaiser Medical Center (0.5 miles or 10-minute walk).

Tout prĂšs de USF

TrÚs bien situé, à quelques pas de l'université. Endroit calme et sécuritaire. HÎte Ethan, répond vite et trÚs accommodant. Par contre, aucune insonorisation, nous pouvions tout entendre des voisins en haut.

Great location in quiet cul-de-sac

Great property for a place to sleep in a central location, very quiet neighborhood in San Francisco. My dad was at Kaiser SF and it was a safe & easy 10 minute walk. This is a ground floor unit that's a garage conversion, just a sink & min refrigerator (with microwave, tea pot & Keurig) in the living area. 2 bedrooms & 2 baths with comfortable beds & refinished bathrooms. Master has ensuite, finishings are nice. Just note this isn't a place to cook meals or have much more than a movie night with takeout. Parking is street parking, which was very easy although it is parking permit only on week days (which wasn't an issue for us as we could park at Kaiser with validation as my dad was in the hospital). Very cute neighborhood, safe & my son was able to play outside as the cul-de-sac made it so there was barley any traffic. Ethan was very responsive & attentive and while the parking didn't turn out to be an issue for us I was concerned that we didn't actually have parking other than street parking. Lots of great restaurants to walk to of you doing mind a little bit of urban walking (of a quick Uber ride). You can go to several districts with a short (1 mile or less) walk to the Fillmore, Divisidaero, Inner Sunset or Inner Richmond very easily. Overall I would stay here again!

San Francisco Trip with 13 year old granddaughter

Perfect location for a visit to San Francisco. Used Uber/Lyft/WayMo every where.Trip with granddaughter - needed two9 bedrooms and two baths. This was perfect and enough kitchen stuff if you wanted to eat in.Very clean - easy to access.Ethan was very responsive - real time and gave good advice pre-trip.Onloy good things to say about experience/

Great for visiting USF

The location was perfect for our visit at USF. It’s a quiet neighborhood right next to the school. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. It isn’t really set up for cooking, so if you want that this wouldn’t work. Overall it was close to where we needed to be, walkable to a lot of places and had everything we needed.

Convenient, well-maintained apartment

Ethan's apartment was spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and all essentials were provided. The location is very convenient (walking distance from the Presidio and Haight-Ashbury), but still located on a quiet street. Street parking is available but limited to 2 hours during the day on weekdays, which may not be convenient to those who want to leave a car at the apartment while exploring the city.

Perfect spot!

This apartment is a great home base in a perfect location. Beautiful finishes, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. And just steps from shopping, a few minutes from downtown. We would stay again!

Wonderful stay and accommodating host!

This apartment is such a gem. It's very clean and feels pretty updated when it comes to decor. It's also in a great location, close to everything, yet still in a quiet neighborhood that feels very safe. I stayed there with three friends and we needed a late check out, so for an additional fee the host was willing to accommodate that and we were super grateful. Overall the host was responsive, the stay was fabulous, and I would stay here again or recommend this property to anyone looking for a two bed/two bath in the city.

Friendly and super clean

Really nice, quiet neighborhood. 5 min walk to public transit. Owner helped me by receiving delayed luggage while I was at work. Super clean place. Bathroom, esp. shower was excellent. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful property.

We came to see a concert at the Fillmore and were able to walk from here. Great location for dinner first. Beautiful and super clean property. Would definitely stay here again.
