This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom saltwater pool home with an entertainment room including a foosball table is fully stocked and equipped with all essentials to have a relaxing and enjoyable time or vacation with family and friends.
Lanai with the pool are screened in (available upon request - baby barrier pool fence). In addition we have fully fenced in the property for privacy, beyond the screened lanai is still room to have fun in the back yard which also includes lemon, avocado, and mango trees providing additional backyard space for fun. Included are Wi-Fi and Cable.

This is a prime area to be in as it offers many different activities, restaurants, and being only 5 mins away from the beach (Bonita Beach or Barefoot Beach)!

*If you would like to bring your pets please let us know before, we will need to see a photo. No animals over 20 pounds. After if a large animal will be brought a $300 Damage Pet fee will be charged.

My family of four stayed here for one week during our children's spring break. Our host was lovely ensuring we had a pack and play set up when we got there as well as an additional safety fence for the pool since we have very young children. House had everything we needed and was super convenient to gro ery, shopping and ice-cream.

We had a great stay! Pool was excellent, well maintained property. Screened in pool was nice to keep bugs out. Inside was great, it exceeded our expectations. Lots of thoughtful details. Great communication with Ivana. Foosball table was a fun addition. Would definitely stay there again!

Christmas Stay

We thoroughly loved our stay at Ivana's great property. We arrived to a lit Christmas Tree; very sweet touch. Ivana was very helpful and the home is fully stocked. The pool was wonderful as well. Very much enjoyed our stay. Great location for the beach and both Bonita Springs and Naples.

Wonderful Stay!!

This home is extremely well-appointed and clean. The location was ideal for us for golf and beach activities. In addition, two terrific areas for our small dog were the dog beach, and the dog park (both within 10-15 drive). We highly recommend this home!

We stayed at this property while my son’s football team participated in the Youth Football National Championship in Naples. It was in the perfect location to travel to Naples for games and Ft Myers for practices. There are plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions in the area as well as easy access to the beach. The property was clean, well appointed, and felt more spacious than the square footage would lead you to expect. If we get the opportunity to qualify for Nationals next year, I hope we can stay here again!

Blue Sky Rezidence

This was our first time vacationing in Bonita Springs at this rental and Blue Sky Rezidence did not disappoint. The home had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The pool was especially enjoyable. Great amenities nearby!

Perfect House

Will definitely be coming back! Beds are comfortable. Pool is relaxing. House is clean. There were a lot of extras like seasonings and such. Landscaping gives you privacy. Ivana is prompt with answering any questions also. I especially enjoyed sitting on the lanai early in the morning with a cup of coffee watching the blue jays.

This property was everything the photos indicated: clean, spacious, and packed with everything we will need to make your stay enjoyable! Having a pool after a long day at the beach or a little road trip was a joy! Morning coffee and Happy Hours were happy moments in that Lanai. Thank you!

Beautiful Home in Bonita Springs

Loved, loved, loved everything about this home! We have traveled a lot and this home is the cleanest one we have ever seen. Ivana was great when we had TV questions. The beds were comfy, the salt water, private heated pool was so nice. The furniture was very comfortable. We loved the color-changing swan float! So many extras! We are looking forward to going back next year for a month!

2022 - Another Winter Break in Naples

This home looks exactly as you see in the pictures in the listing. It is quite beautiful and cozy. This was our third time visiting this home. The house is always very clean when we arrive and the owner/rental agent is prompt to respond to any questions. In addition to the fuse table and pool, in the garage you will find plenty of extra items for your stay, including bikes, balls, beach chairs, coolers, and even extra sunglasses! Above and Beyond

This is our first time renting a VRBO and we were blown away. The house is a quaint property close to Barefoot Beach and not far from a ton of other beaches and attractions. The house is 3 BR and each room has a flat screen smart TV. Beds are comfy. The master is cozy and has it's own bath. It's not very big but it's nice. There's a second bath for the rest of the house. The curbside appearance is very nice. Plenty of parking. The yards well kept. The back is fenced and has a decent size pool, seating and a grill. The kitchen is fully stocked and beautiful. The open concept is nice for families. It's decorated nicely overall. We were so impressed with the many extras Ivana provided - toiletries, laundry supplies, condiments, cornhole boards, bikes, pool floats, beach gear, etc. It seems like every guest leaves a little something for the next. We did that as well. Proximity to everything is great - 1.5 hours to Ft Lauderdale, to Siesta Key, 30 minutes to Ft. Meyer's or Naples. This isn't right on the beach but it has everything else!

Very well stocked home!

We loved staying at Ivana’s place! It was perfect for our family! Our 9 year old was in the pool everyday! We cook a lot and the kitchen was well stocked. The house had everything we needed for our stay, even beach toys! We liked the location too. At first, we weren’t sure about staying in Bonita Springs because we were visiting friends that lived in Naples. But, it was a quick drive over to Naples. We went there almost every day. Our favorite beach (Barefoot Beach) ended up being right down the street from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet, which was nice. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We are originally from Slovakia, but have been living and enjoying the Sunshine State for over 10 years now, full time.
While enjoying many outdoor activities I would say some of our main ones we enjoy are biking, watching sunsets, exercising, traveling, fishing.
Our main goal was to create this home for enjoyment and pure relaxation. We love to share our space and purely tried to create it to where guests are able to relax and refresh during their vacation or staycation, while also having fun enjoying many activities we have included in the home or what is available in near distance of the wonderful, growing Bonita Springs location.

Location is everything but this home is in the center of it all when it comes to the distance to beaches, shopping plazas, shopping areas, and other desirable places in the area, especially how Bonita Springs continues to grow even with its downtown area. But being right on the edge to Naples, during your stay you are also able to enjoy many activities Naples has to offer along with its beaches (Wiggins Pass Beach or Vanderbilt Beach).
My family and I made sure to turn this home into a turnkey property that will live up to standards of a resort-style homeyness.

From making sure our home is ready for the next guest to each guest having their own door code per their last 4 digits of their reservation #, we do our best to make sure we offer above standard service to our guests from their check-in.
Upon check in we keep Alexa playing and keeping some main lights turned on for a relaxing welcome. We also welcome our guests with a bottle of wine and a welcome card. Each room features a TV.
The Western rear exposure offers a wonderful sunset opportunity right from the home. Home has a saltwater pool (pool heater optional), grill, and many more features and activities for guests to enjoy. We also keep a basket with coupons and other activities in the area for our guests to have the opportunity to look and check out during their stay if they choose to. In the garage we have bikes, scooters, beach chairs, work out equipment - if you choose to stay at the house your whole vacation you will be able to enjoy many activities there as well.
