Notre propriété est proche de la plage (Bonita Beach Park), des terrains de golf, des magasins d'usine et des boutiques et à distance de marche des principaux supermarchés, bars et restaurants locaux.

Notre maison est parfaite pour recevoir à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur.
L'espace extérieur comprend un espace piscine / bain à remous avec une douche extérieure et un coin salon couvert avec un grill extérieur, un réfrigérateur et une table à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes.
Le spacieux coin cuisine / salon dispose d'un bar et d'une grande table de salle Ă  manger.

Last minute week

Great house, clean and spacious and well-equipped; made for a restful and comfortable base for a week. Michael (the owner) is a gem and was super easy to communicate with, and very responsive. Would stay again!

Comfortable house in a great location

We stayed for one month with our pets. The house is very comfortable and the pool area is very nice and private. The neighborhood is close to everything and the beach was only a few minutes by car. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and requests.

Beautiful home

This place is beautiful. It sits in a very quiet neighborhood and close to grocery, shopping & the beach. It is very well equipped, kitchen, bathrooms, pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Setup

The house and pool area is a perfect setup! Lots of room inside and out, area for sun, area for shade, the pool and hot tub were great. I will absolutely be back.

Nice house yo stay in close to the beach and Bonita Springs amenities. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and local mini golf within walking distance. Property manager was very friendly and helpful. He provided a couple items we requested quickly which was great. Property was clean and organized, well equipped, and as advertised. We had a great stay.

Get to the beach via car, bus or bicycle.

About our beach:

Bonita Beach is a Lee County park on the Gulf of Mexico right on the line between Collier County and Lee County. In this location, this little bit of geography has special meaning. If you start walking south along the beach, you immediately step foot onto Barefoot Beach and you can walk for miles along the beach, through Barefoot Beach Preserve shoreline, all of the way south to Wiggins Pass.

You’ll pass by some beautiful beachfront homes and you won’t encounter many people on this stretch of beach but, you’ll enjoy the beauty and serenity of Barefoot Beach. If you look north from the entrance to the beach at Bonita Beach Park, you’ll see Doc’s Beach House and the rental kiosk for parasail rides, jet skis, all kinds of beach equipment and beach toys. From this point, you can also walk north for a few miles before you encounter Big Hickory Pass.

So, bottom line here is that you can walk along the beach forever in either direction from Bonita Beach Park. Walk south for a more natural setting and stay around the main area for more people, more action, the beach rentals, beach volleyball, people watching and proximity to Doc’s Beach House Restaurant & Bar and the hot dog lady in the parking lot. In addition, you have full Lee County facilities here with restrooms, showers, picnic tables and small pavilions.
