Suites on 4th are newly constructed and located 8 blocks from St. Mary's Hospital & less than 1 mile to Mayo clinic. This stylishly fully furnished condo is a designed 2-bedrooms, 2-bathroom, with 1,000 square feet of living space with its own private & secure entrance and 2 private parking spaces. This property is within walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants! We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and relaxing lodging experience to guests & patients visiting the Rochester area. Each unit has its own heating & cooling system (no shared air circulation) and we take standards for hygiene & cleanliness seriously. Our cleaning crew is trained in health & safety measures and follows the CDC cleaning guidelines. This unit is on the second floor. No carpet. No smoking!

Home away from home

Location was super convenient to Mayo Clinic, grocery stores, cool restaurants and basically all amenities. Plus, it is right on a beautiful walking trail. It was quiet, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked! This is new space and was well thought out in design and functionality. Key coded doors for safety was a plus. Contact with the host was outstanding; checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and were very responsive to our needs. I will definitely stay again.

Apartment is nicely laid out & comfortable. Fireplace and common area are cozy. Short, easy drive to the Mayo Clinic. Two sets of walking trails near the apartment. Owners are extremely responsive & easy to work with. Recommend.

Fantastic stay!

We stayed for 3 weeks. This property is beautifully furnished with a terrific, well-stocked kitchen. Everything is brand new and very comfortable. The location is ideal for access to downtown Rochester, Mayo Clinic, food stores, and other points of interest. It is also just down the street from a beautiful walking trail along the Zumbro River. Highly recommend!

Up to date, clean, and ideal Location for Hospital Patients

We were in the area for one of our family members who needed surgery. The apartment was safe and accessible for our elderly parents and the location was just a few blocks from the hospital. The owners were responsive and easy to work with as the dates of the surgery moved and our needs changed. The apartment is clean and updated. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. TV and internet worked great. The beds were comfortable. Towels and linens were newer and clean. Great experience, thank you! Hopefully, we don't need hospital care again, but if we do we'd definitely stay here again.
