Very clean and comfortable home. Overall experience was extremely positive. Stairs to bedrooms were a little steep, but we didn’t have a problem. Nice towels and bedding, as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Great communication with host!

Wonderful place for visiting the Mayo Clinic. House has everything you’ll need to feel right at home. Plenty of towels, beds are very comfortable, kitchen is equipped for cooking. It was nice having two bathrooms too. Owner is responsive and even keeps the walkways and driveway clear from snow, even a dusting. Easy walk to subway access during good weather. Highly recommend this home or any of Broc’s properties. Quite safe neighborhood minutes from Mayo.

Lovely stay

Clean and comfortable, well-stocked home. Short 12 minute walk to Mayo buildings. WiFi worked well. Host was pleasant and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Comfy home during Mayo visit

We chose this as our stay during my surgery at Mayo Clinic. It was perfect in every way. Very clean and welcoming. We loved the laundry room being on the first floor instead of in the basement. Home is beautiful, host was immediately helpful in communication.

Perfect House for a Long Weekend

We were in town for a busy 4 days of Dance Nationals. It was so nice coming back to a clean house with bedrooms for everyone and more than 1 bathroom. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was close to the Civic Center and made commuting early each morning easy. Broc was very easy to work with. We hope to rent the house again next year when we return for the next Dance National Competition.

Perfect!

The location was perfect! We could see the Mayo Clinic from the house and could drive there in less than a few minutes. The house was incredibly clean, the host made sure everything you could need is there and available for use and the house was easy to access. I'd definitely stay here again and couldn't have asked for a better stay! Thank you!

Excellent!

Whether you’re visiting Rochester for fun or the clinic, this home is great. Close to the clinic, could even walk if you wanted. Also close to restaurants and other activities. In summer time I highly recommend a trip to the farmers market- it was incredible! Everything in this home was clean and have no complaints at all. Hosts were very quick to respond and extremely friendly. Definitely recommend- and will stay again!

Our Family has lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years. Both my wife and I work at Mayo Clinic in Radiation Oncology. We have 3 young boys. We have enjoyed managing short term rentals and meeting guests from all over the world!

This home is in a perfect location. It is only 3 blocks from Mayo Clinic. There are 5 parks within 1 mile. The Cascade Trails are 1 block away and follow the Cascade Creek. It's a beautiful trail to walk or bike on. There are many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well!
