This home is 3 blocks from Mayo Clinic Campus and the Gonda building. Features include a king sized master bed and 3 additional queen size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking. There is off street parking along with on site laundry. 2 main floor beds and bathrooms. Also a large walk out deck from the dining area. Free high speed internet and 2 smart tv’s are included.

We stayed for a three day weekend for a family wedding. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked. Everything thing was very clean. The owner was responsive and very helpful when needed,.beds comfortable too!

Great Place for Mayo

Property had all the comforts of home, well equipped and very close to Mayo. Perfect for extended stays. Groceries and good restaurants nearby. Broc was a pleasure to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed. Will use again in the future if needed.

Quiet space in a big city

3 sisters and 3 nieces visiting 82 yo sister in Rochester House was clean, spacious and in a quiet beautifully kept neighborhood and only 3 blocks from everything you could need

Clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Stayed for a long weekend with a few friends and had a pleasant stay. Check-in was easy, and instruction booklet was straightforward with lots of details about house and recommendations for surrounding area. All rooms were very clean, and there is plenty of living space/well appointed kitchen to support those staying. Location is convenient to downtown Rochester, and walkable. Plenty of off-street parking as well.

Mayo visit

Various people of my family stayed at Broc's place for a month while undergoing a complicated surgery at the Mayo Clinic. Broc's place was very convenient and he made sure the sidewalks and driveway were cleaned off during this cold, snowy season. During highs and lows of our transplant surgery we needed a place to decompress, rest, and heal. His place was perfect for multiple families as he has enough rooms for sleeping, privacy, and sharing. Beds and pillows are very comfortable! He has a great kitchen for gathering and cooking meals. Plenty of blankets are available with comfortable living rooms including a recliner. Very handy to have a washer and dryer and extra sheets to change bedding during our extended stay. This was the first time one family member has stayed in a vrbo. His comment was "ok, now I know why you do this". Broc was compassionate, an excellent communicator, and worked with our fluid schedule. I would absolutely stay in his place again.

Great place to stay - very close to Mayos.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Great neighborhood, very close to Mayos, and grocery shopping is just a couple minutes away. The host and his family was absolutely great. It snowed a couple of times when we were staying there and the host/family always came over and cleaned off the front porch and a path to our vehicle as we had daily appointments at Mayos. The house is very comfortable, has plenty of room with the 4 beds and 3 baths, and the kitchen was very nice. It definitely made our 2 week stay in Rochester to attend appointments at Mayos a much better experience.

Wonderful

This home was a perfect location for my family and myself while I was having surgery at Mayo hospital. The house had everything we needed to cook and relax. Enough room for all 6 of us to comfortably sleep and hang out. Very nice that there are two living areas to watch TV or gather. The neighborhood was peaceful and we enjoyed the back deck when it was not too hot. Also in great proximity to the walking trail along the creek.

Great place

We attended a family wedding and had 8 adults staying here. Plenty of space, hot water and easy access to things around Rochester. The beds were very comfortable. Broc was always quick to reply to texts. One thing that is not a criticism but a fyi, the showerheads are very low and our family is very tall. 😃
