Although the estate is a short drive from restaurants, golfing, casinos, and more, the property is so secluded that you’ll feel like you’re on your own private beach.

Wake up to the sound of ocean waves and take in the gorgeous sunrise from one of the bedroom’s private balconies. Spend your days lounging comfortably on the pool deck, and cool off with a relaxing swim in the infinity pool. At night, soak in the heated spa under the starry sky, cocktail in hand.

The beach is conveniently just steps away from the pool deck. Set out for leisurely strolls along the smooth three-mile stretch of Long Bay Beach or read in the shade under the pergola or palapa.

Families with kids will have plenty to do. The ocean breezes are ideal for flying kites, and the water is shallow for hundreds of yards, making it easy to look for sea life like crabs. We provide pool toys, sand toys, water floaties and ocean loungers. You can also take the kayak or stand-up paddle board out on the water, or have waverunners/jet skis dropped off for you at the shore.

For meals, dine al fresco on the covered grilling terrace or take advantage of the chef’s kitchen and gather your guests around the spacious ten-seat dining table.

Note: The AC is metered, and guests are offered the first $500 worth of AC on the house. This helps discourage AC use with doors and windows open and eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. A separate, easy-to-read, digital AC meter in the laundry room allows you to monitor AC usage if you wish. Villa Isla has 8 separate air conditioning systems, so you may cool certain parts as needed.

Note: The home has a heated infinity pool. The cost to include pool heating in your stay is $1,000 per week and can be paid directly to the villa manager upon arrival and will not be included in your quote.
