The house was wonderful and Jessica was hugely helpful

The property is lovely: it was well equipped, beautifully furnished and very close to the beach. We had 3 generations staying there and Jessica was instrumental in making it all work with cribs and baby equipment. Our only complaint was that the oven did not work but the cooktop and grill made up for that. We highly recommend this property!

Thanksgiving stay at Second Chances

Very well equipped villa for putting together a family Thanksgiving meal! Location is ideal for Sunset Beach Days, with a golf cart to get you there and chairs to relax on! Jessica is very quick to respond to any issue or question, Thank you Jessica!

Good times in Turks

This house was amazing and fit our group perfectly. We stayed for 5 nights and we were 5 couples. The PM was super nice and attentive. The layout is superb and the kitchen had anything you would’ve needed. We cooked a lot in:) Would def recommend to anyone visiting Turks.

Second Chances Spring Break 2025

Second Chances Villa was a great property and located conveniently to restaurants, shops and essential items. The Villa offers accommodations for up to 10 and has essentially every amenity you will need right on sight. In addition, the 6-person golf cart to take you to the beach where they have chairs waiting for you was above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be looking to go back!

Fantastic Christmas vacation

This house with 5 master bedrooms and private baths was perfect for our large family and easiest enough to get to the beautiful beach with the cart. House is well equipped. Concierge Jessica was so helpful and friendly. Kids said it was the best trip ever!

Perfect home for a family vacation

Our family of 9 spent 10 days over the Christmas holidays and enjoyed everything there was to do in a home that was in a great location , just minutes from the beach. Home is well equipped. It’s wonderful to have all bedrooms with private baths and king beds. Would be perfect for 5 couples! Our concierge Jessica, was so sweet and helpful.

Perfect oasis!

Don't even know where to begin. The booking process with Brita and check in process with Jessica was absolutely flawless. The villa was just as described, my family and friends as well myself will unanimously agree that this is the perfect villa for a hassle free, luxurious and peaceful retreat. 10/10 Vacation!

We had an incredible trip with family at Brita's property. Communication leading up to the trip and during the trip was great. The house is exactly as photographed and described. It is a very short walk to the beach (less than 5 minute walk) but there is a golf cart provided if you wish to use it. We all had plenty of space to comfortably spread out without waking each other up in the mornings. I can't recommend this home enough. We'd definitely recommend to anyone visiting the island!

Awesome vaca with family

We all loved the property .The indoor/ outdoor space was amazing! we loved eating dinner outside And the roofed area was great to hang out in and stay out if the sun . The kitchen was well stocked ( our son is a chef and he was very happy With the set up . Having the golf cart was a plus given we had our 2 grandchildren 2,4 ..made it so easy to go back and forth to the beach The beach was a 2 minute walk . The chairs and umbrellas were set up for us everyday . The bwach was quiet and felt very private. Jessica was very sweet and was available to answer all our questions . We All forward to coming back !!

The villa is beautiful, it is decorated is lovely. The five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms was perfect for our big group.The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possible need: two dishwashers, slow cooker, instapot, plenty of glassware, serving pieces, you name it they have it!Outdoor area is great for al fresco grilling and dining. You will need a car or you'll spend a fortune in Taxi's but it's a quick ride into Grace Bay.Jessica was amazing - responded to our every inquiry and made our stay memorable.We had a great time I would definitely recommend!!

Truly Amazing

The property was the best equipped property of any I've rented previously. The beds were especially comfortable. Very clean. Loved the private pool and beach area. Went deep sea fishing. Mango Reef prepared out catch. It was amazing. My family played golf and we also went to the fish market which was wonderful. Also did an island cruise which was wonderful as well. May never get back there but have such awesome memories. Thank you for all your help. Susan Edwards

Everything that we needed was provided. The kitchen was the best. The beds were very comfortable. The back yard and pool were very relaxing. Security provided as well. Could not have asked for more.

Our family had a fantastic time. Our house was beautifully decorated & provided all the amenities. Jessica was there to welcome us & offered her assistance if needed. Gorgeous views, friendly people, Ocean Vibes boat rental was awesome, great restaurants! The beach & sunsets lovely! Thanks so much! We loved it!

I brought about 7 others to Brita's house for a birthday weekend. We had such a wonderful time. Everything was easy, and well coordinated. The house is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The beach is stunning. We will be back very soon!

La Dolce Vita!

Upon arriving at Second Chances, you are immediately reminded of a Greek luxury villa with the home's stunning white facade, clean lines, deep blue accents, and vibrant bougainvillea. Entering the home, you are transported into a space decorated with the utmost taste. The home has plenty of space to gather : a well-appointed kitchen with plenty of room to dine; a spacious backyard designed for entertaining or relaxing; and five spacious bedrooms which allow one plenty of privacy, if desired. Gorgeous Grace Bay is a minimal walk away, and there one can enjoy sun, swimming, shell-collecting, or numerous other activities on a quiet and uncrowded beach. It is obvious the owner has put much thought into the design and amenities of this home with the emphasis on guests' comfort and enjoyment. This is truly a visit to paradise!

Absolutely stunning

This is an outstanding property. Well appointed and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is stocked with everything one would need. The patio and pool are beautiful. Just a short distance from the stunning Grace Bay. It was never crowded the whole week we were there. I would return again and again. I would recommend eating at Coco Van, the food is outstanding.

Paradise found..perfect in every way

Stunning private luxury Villa perfect for groups and families. The entire place is very tastefully decorated and of a very high standard and no cost has been spared. The kitchen is a dream and has every imaginable amenity. Outdoor cooking is also possible on the the gas grill. Inside and outside connections are flawless and each space is elegant, yet has a tropical feel. The five en suite bedrooms are equally sized and have high quality bedding and linens and the beds are luxurious and super comfy. The entire place is very well maintained and the property manager responds very quickly to every given request. We enjoyed the saltwater pool, and organized a yoga session by the pool which paired well with the tranquil ambiance. The gorgeous beach is only a 3 minute walk and had the feel of a private beach. Restaurants and Bars are close by but I recommend to rent a car. Guests with high expectations will NOT be disappointed. Five + stars!

A week in paradise

This is the perfect place for a girls trip, or couples. The separate rooms with their own bathroom is great. The kitchen has everything you would want to make fantastic meals. When you don’t want to cook, head over to CocoVan, enjoy the outdoors with amazing food. You will want to get out on a boat while you are there. The reef is glorious, and the water is an incredible blue. Lastly, the owner was fantastic to work with. I will be back.

Fabulous Luxury Caribbean Seaside Villa

Our stay at "Second Chances" was perfect. The villa is modern, beautifully designed and brand new. It is exceptionally clean, impeccably decorated and stocked with everything we could possibly need during the stay. All five bedrooms are private, equal-sized and en suite, with very comfortable high quality bedding and linens. There's also a sixth bathroom in the hallway that can be accessed both from inside the villa and via a patio door next to the outdoor shower. The wifi and air con works like a charm and there's filtered water, netflix on demand and books to read. We cooked at home a few nights, used the gas grill and enjoyed meals inside and outdoors by the pool. The saltwater pool is divine, perfect for an invigorating morning swim or relaxing at sunset with cocktails and conversation on luxurious outdoor furnishings. The white sand beach is a few steps away, and has hardly anyone on it. The sea is crystal clear and calm, easy to float in all day. The villa itself is private, secure and located in a small gated beach community. While on the island, we did a snorkeling charter and went out for some meals and shopping. But our best times were spent at the villa, relaxing together as a group. This is a top quality villa on a quiet and relaxing island. Highly recommended.

Perfection!

Our family of six had the most wonderful vacation! The description of the house does not do it justice, it was incredible! The house is brand new, beautifully decorated, and had all the desired amenities. Every room has its own bathroom and there is a powder room that can be accessed from both inside the house as well as from the pool area. Everything you would want in your own home can be found in this glorious home. The outdoor area and pool were just as luxurious. The beach is literally a two minute walk from the house, and was much less crowded than other areas of the beach, which was so nice. Brita and Jeff, the managers of Sunset Beach Villas are amazing! They are the nicest people who went out of their way to make every aspect of our vacation perfect! No detail was overlooked. They responded so quickly to our emails and provided us with a US phone number, making contact with them very easy and convenient. We rented a car which made for an easy trip to and from the airport as well as to all of the restaurants and activities. Prior to our arrival, Brita help us arrange for our rental car and made numerous dinner reservations at wonderful restaurants. We can not say enough good things about our vacation!

Amazing, private villa great for groups and families!

Summary: Amazing villa. Brand new. Private. Great for groups. Amenities are superb. Management is pleasure to work with. The Villa: This villa is simply fantastic. It's brand new, extremely well decorated, and includes EVERYTHING you might need to have a good time. The furniture, linens, etc. are all extremely luxe. The attention to detail is also amazing - they have indoor tableware and a set for outdoor usage to enjoy around the private pool, a grill, the works!. It's really the little things about the villa that are amazing - a golf cart to drive down to the beach (it's really just a short walk anyways), including beach towels, outdoor shower and foot wash, individual AC units for each bedroom, separate bathrooms for each bedroom, etc. I could go on but you can read the list and check the photos. The villa is completely stocked and ready for a relaxing vacation. The location: This part of Grace Bay is really nice because it's less crowded and really feels like a private beach. It's just relaxing. I loved going out early in the morning and getting some time to just relax. One note that you should consider renting a car to get around easier. The Management team: Brita, Kim and Jeff are simply a delight to work with. They were easy to get a hold of, provided local and US phone numbers to make it easy to call, responded to email very quickly, and were up to answer any questions or help out with anything we needed. They really go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and are COMMITTED to you having a good time. We feel really lucky that we found this property before everyone else and stay there first.
