The Indoor space available is the "DOWNSTAIRS 1st FLOOR ONLY" and it features everything you see in the pics including dual MASTER bedrooms, functional den with large sleeper sofa, bathroom with garden tub for bubble baths and his and hers sinks, complete living room with bar top seating, and a full kitchen with cookware and cutlery. The outdoor space includes a walk out patio, a private in ground pool, a Jacuzzi jetted spa, covered cabana with overhead projector, gas grill, dog house and kennel, and much more. So, come experience the Florida life while kicked back in our luxurious one of a kind home with all of the amenities that will surely make your trip a classic memory.

The home and its pool with hot tub was clean. It has a very relaxing decor
Sunset from the very nice size backyard. I had my service dog white German shepherd and he had room to run around. You didn't feel like you were in a city!

The pool was greatly enjoyed by all three of the teens I brought with me. It was close to a lot of attractions so travel to and from was easy.

The house was everything we wanted and more. The cohost was very nice and the owner commented within minutes. I would suggest this house to anyone great location everything was decently close pool was nice. Would come back again

My stay was ok. Property was cool. Outside not what pic looks like. Need a coat of paint. Inside clean and looked just like listing. Listing said no access to top unit but never stated that another person was living upstairs. Person walking around and doing laundry at 7am was not in my vacation plans. Also only used pool once cause we felt like the person upstairs was watching us.Had I known this would have chosen a place with more privacy. Outside of that no issues.

Very nice, from the owner Maxwell, helped to make our stay smooth without any issues. The property was clean and well maintained that included lots of lovely provided amenities. Comfortable atmosphere, you can’t go wrong with this property, it was truly perfect for me and my family.

Just what we needed!

A great set up for a family get together. Pool, Jacuzzi, and Cabana and grill are great for everyone getting together and relaxing. House was comfortable and close to everything we needed. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. As a "Thank You" we left a new Kcup coffee maker for the next guests. We are sure you will enjoy.

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been. There was urine on the beds. Other body fluids on the comforters. Dust balls on the walls. Layers of bugs and filth. Blood on the pillows. Screens that wouldn’t shut and windows that wouldn’t lock. The dirt was caked up so bad everywhere. The cabana is torn apart. The hot tub was musty and moldy and broken. There are cameras pointed right at the pool area. No replacement linens. If you complain they will bribe you to not leave a bad review.

Outstanding!

This Property is great if you have dogs and also great if you don't. Beautifully remodeled! Close to Universal, 5 to 7 minutes, no matter what time of day. Pool and Hot tub are a wonderful feature. Many great restaurants close by. We would definitely stay her next time we are in town!

Exactly What We Needed!

The property was prefect for our family visiting family. We wanted to have our own space versus spending more money on a hotel with two bedrooms and renting was more affordable. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed. We even grilled and enjoyed the cabana. The property was fun and relaxing! Thank you Max for accommodating us to stay one more day on your property, it was well worth it!

Perfect place for pets & smokers!

A great place for a weekend getaway. Property is so close to everything, but not on the main drag. Hot tub was amazing and outdoor space is a great bonus!! Not many places accommodate smokers anymore, but this owner has designated spots that don’t put you out in the street or separate you from family!! I appreciated that. We will be back again.

Great Location

Our family of 6 was in town to visit Universal Studies. Perfect location with lots of shops and food choices. Walmart, CVS and other grocery stores where within a couple mile radius. Universal Studios was an easy 15 minute drive without having to get on I-4. Which is a MAJOR plus if you know Orlando. Everything was exactly as pictured. The host was very responsive and polite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking here again.

You can maneuver all around to Kissimmee, Orlando, and Clermont FL to go to theme and amusement parks, site-see, enjoy your favorite activity, handle business, or just for leisure vacationing.

This property is equipped with a large, screened, In-ground pool and a deluxe Jacuzzi brand spa. The pool, spa, and screened area all light up to create a visual ambiance that will surely set the mood for any occasion. There is a pool-side bar with stools, tables, and chairs for relaxing as well as an outdoor Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment. It also features a fully furnished enclosed Cabana with netting and zippered curtains for gatherings and outdoor activities. As a bonus, the Cabana is equipped with an overhead projector for an outdoor theater experience. We have an open backyard for family fun, a caged in kennel area for pets, and designated smoking areas set up around the property to accommodate the lifestyles of all of our guests. The home is a green home with a full solar powered electrical system that produces 100% clean energy. The den features a pull out futon bed and a business center area equipped with desktop computer, chair, printer, and internet all for guests use. We also have many dishes and appliances for our guests including a washer and dryer for convenience and plush washcloths and towels. Last but not least we offer our co hosted concierge service experience upon request for local rides, food delivery, private chef/grill master services and more. Please check with the host 7 days prior to check-in to reserve. PLEASE NOTE, the Indoor space available consist of the "DOWNSTAIRS UNIT ONLY". The upstairs unit/guest house is occupied by our co-host. You may see him from time to time around the property but he will not use any amenities during your stay and will always respect your privacy. He may be available to assist with special request and guest hospitality. Please let us know in advance if you would like to request his services.
