It’s our pleasure to host you in our Daytona Beach Area Home. Centrally located in Port Orange, our single level 2000 sq ft, 4 bd/2ba home is completely renovated, sleeps 10 people and has a large pool and hot tub in a quiet family neighborhood with lots of privacy. The backyard is oasis of calm and serenity! Flowers, firepit, outdoor heater, relaxing chairs... It's all there for you to enjoy! Visit all the nearby attractions and relax at the home which is a perfect hub for an adventure. Port Orange provides easy access to Daytona Speedway, Daytona's White sandy Beach's, New Smyrna Beach eclectic shopping and Orlando attractions: Disney, Universal Studio's, Kennedy Space Center, and over 20 Natural Springs within 50 miles. .

Designed to provide the most comfortable stay for all of our guests, the spacious home has new, large beds, open living/dining area, and a relaxing enclosed pool and backyard area. There is a pool heating fee of $250 per week. You’ll enjoy all the kitchen counter space when you arrive, making it easy to prep meals and have a relax. The kitchen is equipped for all your needs with stainless steel appliances and all the important cooking gadgets. With lots of natural light in the kitchen and living areas, you can continue your conversations through the dining room through the French Doors to the welcoming backyard.

Relax in one of several comfortable seating areas, indoors or outdoors. Stretch out in the living area, which has new Moon Pods and 6ft Been Bag bed!- you can completely relax and get comfortable! We have a cabinet full of board games and an XBOX for video games too. Enjoy the backyard oasis, it’s one of a kind with a covered pool space that offers a pool, hot tub, firepit, gas heater and Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill. Lounge in the bedrooms with a book or watch TV in any of the bedrooms.

Rest easy each night in our bedrooms, with 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 1 Full Bed, and 1 Day Bed with trundle, for 10 guests to comfortably sleep and recharge during the stay. Enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine on the pool deck or enjoy some yoga in the backyard. Take a fresh shower in either bath and recharge for your adventures. In the en suite master bath, you’ll find a walk-in shower with dual vanity sinks and plenty of storage for all your toiletries.

Within minutes from the house is Publix Grocery, Walmart, Target, Chipotle, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Regal Movie Theater and other delicious dining. Just over the bridge you will find seafood dining on the water at Deck Down Under, Down the Hatch, Off the Hook at Inlet Harbor and Hidden Treasure.

4 bottles of water are also provided to each guest
- The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and body wash, hand soap is also
provided
- After each guest’s stay, the House is sanitized and cleaned professionally
- Bedbug Proof & Waterproof Mattress and Pillow Protectors on all beds
- Fully stocked kitchen: pots, pans, dishes, utensils, basic spices, small appliances provided
- All lines and towels provided during your stay are professionally laundered
- We are pet friendly (with a $100 per pet fee) and have a great neighborhood to walk your dog
- Local Emergency contact available 24/7 to handle any issues during your stay
- 6+ parking spaces in the driveway. You can also fit your trailer on the side of the driveway
- Dog bed and Pack n Play available should you need it!
