This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath pool home is the perfect getaway, located just 10 minutes from the beach. Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, the home features a king bed in the primary suite, a king bed in the guest bedroom, and a twin-over-queen bunk bed in the third bedroom. The living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa, making the home ideal for families and groups. Rates include up to six guests. Additional guests are welcome for $30 per person, per night. All furnishings, including mattresses, are new. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with brand-new Smart TVs with Spectrum basic cable service. Guests can enjoy the game room featuring a poker table, while the bunk room offers an electronic PAC-MAN arcade game for added fun. Step outside to your private screened-in pool and patio, an inviting outdoor oasis perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Please note that the pool and spa are not heated. The outdoor living space includes all-new furniture, a dining table for six, a deep-cushioned sofa and rocker, a high-top surfboard table, a bar with a TV, and a gas grill. For your convenience, all linens are provided, along with beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart to make your trips to the shore effortless. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed for meal preparation, including a dual Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, and beverage refrigerator. A brand-new front-loading washer and dryer are also available in the garage. Located in the heart of Port Orange, this home offers easy access to area attractions, including the Daytona 500, Bike Week, and the world-famous attractions of Orlando. Nearby Ponce Inlet features excellent waterfront dining, the Marine Science Center, a variety of water sports, and the iconic Ponce de Leon Lighthouse. To top off the perfect day, treat yourself to a visit to Neighbors Ice Cream, located just a few blocks away.

Robin is an exceptional host, and this house is a true gem. The property is brand new and fully renovated in a very modern, tasteful style. It’s not only beautifully decorated, but also incredibly well-equipped with high-quality amenities—nothing feels cheap or sparse. From the kitchen supplies and bathroom essentials to the linens, everything is ready for you to settle right in.The outdoor space is just as impressive. The pool is superb and spotless, and the terrace is wonderful, featuring three separate dining areas and a huge barbecue.We’ve been renting vacation homes for 20 years in Florida, and what stands out most here is the sheer comfort, quality, and attention to detail. On top of that, Robin was extremely warm, welcoming, and always available when needed. A complete 10/10 experience. Long story short : a Flawless Stay – Highly Recommended! We’ll be back !Thank you again, Robin!

This is the perfect beach home away from home for your vacation. The property was very clean and well kept. It was easy to communicate with the host to answer any of our questions. This property is very family friendly. Queen/twin bunk beds were a nice combo. The Pac-Man arcade game was nostalgic and made great memories playing with our girls. There's a game table for family game night with some classic games provided for use, like Operation, with safe cup holders for your refreshments. The pool area was a dream. Lots of nice new seating areas and tables including a TV. The pool was spacious and covered by a nice lanai screen. There's a little wading pool that was fun to get in for practice with our youngest swimmer and shaded if you need to get out of the Florida sun. Pool and beach accessories were provided if needed. The house smelled wonderful, like a beach vacation. The decor and details of the house added so much character making this a one of a kind vacation stay. The beds were very comfortable. The floors and counters were spotless. Every detail was thought of. The host left some complimentary goodies for us which we were very grateful for upon settling in. Our little family loved it and would recommend staying here if you're in the area. It's close enough to most of the sights of the area. There's multiple restaurants of all different cuisines in the area. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. And there's a wonderful 'Children's Park' just a few minutes drive away.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. My kids especially loved the pool—it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!The beach was nearby, which made everything so convenient, and the guest book was extremely helpful with recommendations and information about the area.What truly made our stay special was Robin. She made us feel so welcomed and appreciated from the very beginning. She was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and supportive throughout our stay. Out of all the hosts we’ve stayed with, Robin has truly been the best!We are so thankful to her for sharing her beautiful home with our family and for making our vacation such a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to other families!

This place was wonderful!! Such an amazing host who was incredibly accommodating and communicative throughout our whole stay. Great location near the beach without the chaos. 10/10 would recommend for a relaxing weekend getaway! All the beach equipment was a great bonus to have!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was clean, spacious and felt like home. Everything was provided for us. It's very convenient and close to everything. The drive is close to grocery stores, target, BJ's and a few restaurants. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely stay here again. We only wished that the Jacuzzi had hit water. But by it being so hot, we didn't miss it much. The hosts were very thoughtful and responsive to any and all questions. This is a Great family spot!!!
