Renovated Beach House w/Spacious Yard

Come enjoy our relaxing, newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ after a long day at the beach on the back deck. The first floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry area with sliding glass doors to the large backyard. Our large backyard has a grill, an outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty more room for fun. The 2nd floor consists of 3 bedrooms with balconies and a full bathroom (with a bathtub). We have a long driveway and we’re an easy 10 min walk to the beach. We hope you will enjoy relaxing in our beach house with a 5-star experience!

A few items to note: We do not provide linens and towels. We recommendt ordering linens and towels from Coast Linen Services if you are unable to bring your own. July & August are weekly rentals only. Age minimum for rental is over 25 years old.

A shore good time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the house was clean and well equipped. The hosts were very responsive, and have created a comfortable environment in their recently updated home. Its in a great neighborhood, a quiet street with friendly neighbors.

Great stay- felt like home

We stayed here for 5 nights during our daughters’ lacrosse tourney, and we felt totally at home. 10 min easy walk to beach, all stores and restaurants nearby, and stocked kitchen and lovely backyard. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Had a minor glitch with the front door lock and the host was very prompt to reply.

A good short stay

Good little house, 3 bedrooms but it would be very tight for more then 5 adults. Overhead lighting was harsh
no lamps downstairs. Good location, each and food walkable. House needs to be equipped with garbage bags and paper towels at least. No dishwasher. Outside table was a plus.

Perfect beach getaway

This house is everything you could need for a group/family trip. The place is more spacious than I even thought from the pictures and the backyard is the perfect place to hangout, read a book, and unwind after a long day. The owners were so communicative which made for an easy and stress free vacation. The listing says it fits 8 but I think the house can comfortably sleep 6 given the beds/space. It’s close to the beach, Main Street, bars, and restaurants. I would book again every year!!

Review of stay

The owners ( Jillian and Chris) were so attentive and gave details for activities, restaurants and even garbage disposal. My family and I loved their home! For a smaller family and we all loved it so much! My one sister loves to cook so she is keen on kitchens and she keep commenting on how well distributed and functional it was. The bedrooms were the perfect size, we were pretty much out at the beach every day so for resting it was perfect. The walk to the beach is literally 10 easy minutes - the only thing is that if you drive to the beach you have to likely pay for parking in addition to paying for the beach entrance. I normally do a week at the beach every summer and this is a property I will likely use again! 100% recommended - the owners are great!!

Lovely little spot in a lovely little beach town

The property is clean, well maintained, and within a 15 minute walk of most things. The beds were comfy if a little soft for my taste. Otherwise, ten out of ten. Highly recommend.

Amazing house!!

This home was perfect - my friends and I came for ten days, and the house had everything we needed besides linens and towels. The house was very clean and renovated. It’s a ten minute walk to the beach, the backyard is big and has a fire pit, and the neighborhood is cute and safe. The owners were so accommodating and responsive, which made it easy to check in, etc. We had such an amazing time here and would come back again!
